Their combined viewership matches or surpasses the LCS channel. They have become the real commentators.

Laners who dont play jungle have no fucking idea what jungling is like. They just think the jungler’s job is to baby sit their lane so they could be a 1v9 giga fed carry. So when the jungler is not constantly ganking their lane, despite them pushing hard with no vision 24/7, the laner is just gonna bitch about “GG jungle diff” and “jungler useless just open mid.”
Jungling should be a fucking mandory role to learn before you play ranked. There should be a requirement where people need to play at least 20 games as a jungler before they could play ranked. Laners need to learn how to help junglers contest crabs/camps, set up vision/wave for ganking and playing around objective timers instead of inting in their lanes without vision and blame the jungler.

i enjoy the somewhat opposing viewpoints of meteos and doublelift. i just hope neither side (mostly meteos) gets too offended by it since it's pretty informative for all of us
I really like this kind of dynamic too. It makes conversation interesting. If everyone just gets along and there is no "devil's advocate" in conversation, then it will be boring. And to be fair there counter arguments make sense in some situations though we don't know what's happening in comms in game so all we can do is speculate.
Luckily they’ve all been in competitive enough environments with multiple teammates to have thick enough skin to disagree and not be offended every now and then.
Meteos and double definitely have a good relationship for conversation, they disagree often but always keep conversations civil and don’t hold grudges/get butthurt
Both seem to enjoy arguing and are willing to listen and give up ground so I wouldn’t worry about it.
I just hate how doublelift puts himself up top all the time explaining macro and shit while he talks with sneaky and meteos as if they are gold. Most of the time his opinion is rational as well and a decision he would make and not even an all out perfect decision or in fact the best or right one

I agree with Meteos on Jizman things, but I do think on a better player DL's argument is very valid.
I haven't played LoL in about a year, but the Sneaky, Doublelift, and Meteos casting trio is by far the most entertaining and insightful league content on league pro play I've ever seen. They're fucking great to watch xD

People need to calm down about this Meteos and DL disagreement. It's just banter and differing opinions. Friends can have those you don't have to agree on everything. DL and Meteos originally started co-streaming together during spring split. It's just their personalities there's no deep seeded dislike between the two.

@@yedidyamajor1456 There's a bunch of comments about Meteos and DL disagreement at the start of the video over the EG/Jisuke thing. I guess some people thought there was tension between the two and we're saying that they hope that they don't break up the co-stream. Just people over reacting to banter and two friends holding different opinions on things.

I didn't see any, though I'd be surprised if people did because a bit part of the costream is that one of them can say something and the others don't necessarily agree, it happens so much that they will blatantly disagree with one another and will explain why they think the others wrong and then they will move on whether they agree or not

It confused me cause it seems like DL and Meteos disagree on most things since they have different ways they view and play the game. So when I saw a couple of the comments about them I was surprised cause this is a weekly thing between the two. Just banter

I mean a coach in a bottom 4 team is telling pros, who've won titles in the game, that they know nothing about pro LoL. Now that shit right there was a reflection moment for EG. Like. that coach should is probably why you're bottom tier and should be fired for that incompetent ideal.
@@Estafreak I understand if you’re letting faker get the most gold, but if you do look at Jizuke, he looks like he’s playing for fun, not for the bigger picture for the team. Like I wouldn’t want to funnel gold into my mid laner just to have in dash fake check the bush and die first in a fight, or not even showing up. He plays like soloq. And if you see LCK and LPL they focus on their jungler getting gold and being able to hold up a 2v2 or 3v3 in any parts of the map.
@@Estafreak peter dunn isn't fundamentally wrong, no point in putting more camps on your xin midgame, but it is jizuke who's getting the gold (svenskeren isn't exactly great either doe, out of that whole team, i'd say danny and ignar are the only good parts, and impact is decent), also iirc they weren't flaming jizzuke for getting the camps, they were flaming him because his team was 4v5, while he was getting them (although that's also on his team to understand that he's too far to even attempt to join a fight)

They were winning without Ryze on that game, like winning 4v5's / 3v4's. And half of Ryze's kill was on the last minute of the game. I'm no expert in league but I don't think that's "carrying" lol
@@cvrlo_ ryze isn't really an early game champ to be fair, dudes damage comes alive with a few items. I agree he wasn't carrying tho but he was set up to carry later. then again its jizuke and he's let me down so many times in lcs that i wouldn't put it past him throwing away the lead
@@adamp1397 The problem isn’t that it’s bad for Ryze to get strong and carry, but when you’re not in any position to team fight or skirmish 25+ minutes, then you’re not playing good League of Legends. He was OOM or not in position for any fights and he was just lucky his team won 4v5s. Chovy farms even better, with better trades and he still contributes to fights. Jizuke only did one of those things, namely farming. Ryze isn’t necessarily weak early either, he just becomes a monster after 3-4 items. He can still dish out insane damage at 1-2 items, especially on squishies. If jizuke was playing against any EU team in the top 10. They lose the game because of him.
Do they think jiizuke is chovy? Or should be treated like chovy? Does Peter dun need to see a compilation of jiizuke taking resources from him team then inting it away for no reason, consistently? EG is doomed.

The Ults of Broxah onto Ignar is because Rell is a shield-breaker. If Rell gets one shot then the rest of the dive can follow up without peel, besides Xiao's self peel ult.
NA management and coaches defending their players against twitter comments instead of looking into their obvious mistakes. Not surprised.
Although coaches standing up for their players seems pretty healthy to me for the team. In this case maybe just less for their performance

People who complain about Meteos being upset as a jungler are literally the problem, as a Jungler too it sucks to see your camps gutted just for the same laner to go back to collect 2 waves of minions
Is Jizuke the new Soligo?
1:41 Coaches defending teammates from flame is admirable. This al is still the PoV of 3 (ex) ProPlayers of which 1 is a Jungler. They point out Jiizuke's mistakes like they do with every player from their PoV. And Jiizuke having done more ints/dies to ganks etc makes pointing all that out seem harsher. In the end, if the Coaches believe this manner of getting a W is good enough? Especially going into future games? then they should continue with this formula, win games, get to worlds, regardless of Jiizuke's mistakes, and ignore the critic/flame. ~ Sticks and Stones.
I think that Meteos' criticism is more aimed at how much more miserable it makes the game for Sven which I agree with. But the coaches point is that Jiizuke is on a hypercarry and he is accelerating himself which is really good for the overall wincon which is what DL landed on.
The biggest thing that makes the coaches get flamed is the coaches are basing this on Twitter and so they don't hear the full scope of DL and Meteos' thoughts on what Jiizuke did wrong. For instance the issue isn't just Jiizuke taking Sven's farm but rather he takes Sven's farm AND doesn't show up to the fight so EG's 4 man is just straight up weaker for his decision making.

When I started jungling it was disappointing and infuriating. No matter what lane you get ahead or how ahead you are if the other jingler, whatever lane is behind tilts, flames, then afks because "jungle diff". There is going to be a weak side or lane that doesn't get any/as much help and people don't get that
bro just type /mute all at the beginning of the game. Play the game how you want to play. If you really need to communicate turn on pings to alert your team when youre coming. My best jg games happen when I can focus on my own game and not having my teammates TRYING to tilt me.
Doesn't Kled also scale? Tank/Bruiser Kled is insanely scary late game. Sticks on you permanently, you can't kill him but he can kill you. So late late it's akali xayah vs those three.
Kled might not scale in the literal sense but every item makes him a lot better.

Game 1 C9 vs IMT big problem of IMT is they have no realiable good ap damage. slow lanes that rely on mistakes and champs that get obliterated by diana.
Picking her yourself or any other good ap jungler would open up so much more. xerxe really can only look good on gragas which in this case isn't the champ

Pretty sure (though I could be wrong) Meteos and DL did the costream without Sneaky for a while, so I don’t think that’s entirely true, but they do tend to have different takes

I think its dumb that EG staff got butthurt. Its three former pros analysis and feelings. If it works for your team then drop it. Whioe they are knowledgeable about the game they also do stuff for memes and don't know the inner workings of each teams dynamics

Watching Perkz play renekton is so tilting. He doesn't understand how to use his abilities to build up Fury to empower an IMPORTANT ONE. at 4:05 he W's doesnt AA then Qs and he's at 50 fury having empowered nothing but his Dice (E), THE LEAST IMPORTANT ONE, ESPECIALLY AT THE END OF A TRADE. He could AA Q canceled and probably gotten an empowered W off, certainly if he AA animation canceled and slice and diced out probably without taking any damage on the end because Empowered W stuns for twice as long. If you watch him he keeps using Q AFTER W instead of before to build up fury for W, and he does like zero AA Animation canceling. Champ is not bad, Perkz is bad at Renekton.
I liked that Doublelift was recognising when chime played well.
