Have to agree. I got a full set of ICW6s, ICW8s and the IWLCR6s from Kat for my theater room and other rooms. Put some of them in wall/ceiling and made enclosures for the fronts. They sound wonderful. Not at the level of my Maestros of course, but fantastic for the purpose. BTW, looking forward to hear about the Grandes and associated amps. Thanks.
Hi Cory, I always head, the in walls, dont have a cabinet, so they have a downside to the sound production.. but do let me know when you meant Maestros what brand are they ? German-Maestro ?
Kevin please, "Paper is not the best" please realize that the #1 driver manufacturar in the world, namely Scanspeak, makes all their midrange and woofers as paper-cones, even the Elipticor drivers, which is so very far ahead of anything Focal has ever done..
dam you broke my heart when you put down yamaha amps//i just got a a/s 1200//also have a 1977 mint yamaha ca 1010 with matching tuner /evensttill got the manuals
