  • A long while ago, I made a house/ estate video. I was asked by the owner of this beautiful property to come take a look and he wants to sell the house.
    It is a 4-bedroom semi-detached duplex.
    This property is located in Abuja, in the Galadimawa area very close to the Brains & Hammers estate
    Tell me what you think in the comment section.

    This is my problem with the cost of property in Nigeria,it on the news and in the papers yesterday that icpc arrested some ministry of agric staff for looting about 300 million naira meant for farm inputs equipments.The question is,if 300 million can do a federal government project in nigeria how is private houses costing way more than even 300 million then?There is nowhere in the world where a federal government project is even cheaper than buying a house except in Nigeria.lf you try to talk,it is the same Nigerians that you are trying to defend that would call you all sort.This is the reason there is way much corruption in Nigeria. Not until federal government correct this imbalance people will always loot the system just to buy a property...For the cost of a property in some part of Nigeria you can build a university,hospital in that same country.Why would the institutions work then?People would just take money meant for these institutions and spend it on one property.That's what is going on.Thank you.

      @suntanglory, BigWillz was commissioned to market this particular house in Abuja.
      Granted your commentary is valid in the right context; however, this is neither the place nor the time for it. Thank you!

    Nice gate, detest the paving, parking too precise, the kitchen should have double sink, bq too close to main house, kitchen too small cabinets do not match.... Would have to gut out certain rooms etc....not for me at that price but all the best to the seller

    Beautiful place. A little too upscale for my comfort zone, not to mention I couldn't afford it even if I lived in Nigeria. But a place that nice in the U.S. would probably be 5-10 times that much, so not a bad price really. Thanks for the tour, Bigwillz.👍

    What's the purpose of those overhead tanks. Nigeria doesn't have a water system. And with pumps do you really have to put the tanks so high off the ground. I am sure if they fall it can be fatal.

    • @Bigwillz
      @Bigwillz  Před 11 měsíci +1

      You have a good point in the event they fall it will be devastating.
      I guess the reason for it being high up is to use gravity instead of a pumping machine.

    Is CBS ESTATE, Lugbe, Abuja safe to buy Land or FCT will demolish ?

    • @Bigwillz
      @Bigwillz  Před 4 měsíci +2

      Almost everywhere in Abuja is safe to live in. But concerning if FCT will demolish a place you have to do your due diligence. Very important
