I love set of 10 single storey cottages in a row with a green street in back n front and another set of ten cottages facing the back road and then another road and then another set of ten cottages & so on likewise six such rows then a lake and then a hillock facing that lake This dream colony I see often in sleep

Are there communal spaces like a swimming pool, garden, park or hall in the estate that can be used by residents?
The communal place is under construction. It's at the other end of the estate that I didn't drive to.

@@Bigwillz lol...sir there is nothing to compare, Lagos real estate is just the same type of house design but Abuja is different with beautiful environment. Lagos real estate might be paying more than Abuja but trust me, Abuja is more beautiful than Lagos with different type of house design...Enugu real estate is going the same direction with Abuja but the need to upgrade a bit..

Why are abuja houses always low inside? The ceiling is too low to the floor.
You have a point. Here is my theory about why the celling is low. I think it's because of cost. I love houses with high cellings.

For now the people in the estate come together and pay for the services. But when the place is full occupied, they will now agree on the amount to be paid yearly.
Hey BigWillz, in the finished I saw that there were no cabinets in the kitchen and the bedrooms had unfinished wardrobe, it was just an empty space. I believe this buildings are overpriced.
Yeah they house was being renovated when we visited.
It's looks cheap in my opinion. It doesn't have the waoo factor. I want to see a house with invisible escape door in case of emergency or a secret hiding area or bunker.
