  • Up your pizza game with this simple, no-knead homemade pizza dough recipe.
    How to Make Homemade Pizza Dough
    Ingredient:
    Pizza dough recipe:
    • 300 g all-purpose flour
    • 1 tsp sugar
    • 1 tsp active dried yeast
    • ½ tsp salt
    • 210 g lukewarm water
    • 1 tbsp. olive oil
    Topping:
    • Marinara sauce
    • Mozzarella cheese
    • Olive oil
    • Pepper
    • Basilica or Arugula
    Instruction:
    1. In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, instant yeast and salt.
    2. Add the water. Using a rubber spatula, mix until the water is absorbed and the ingredients form a sticky dough ball. Pour 1 tbsp. olive oil over top and rub with your hands to coat.
    3. Grease the bowl with olive oil to ensure the dough doesn't stick to the bowl.
    4. Cover the bowl with a plastic wrap and set aside in a warm spot to rise for 1 hour, or until the dough has doubled in bulk.
    5. Flour a work surface and scrape dough from the bowl onto the surface.
    6. Divide dough into 3 even pieces. Fold all sides of the dough balls into the middle and roll into taut balls. Cover, and let proof at room temperature for 20 minutes.
    7. Preheat the oven to 250°C or maximum temperature.
    8. Place a baking stone into a cold oven, position a rack near the upper third of the oven. Then preheat the oven to its maximum temperature (250°C) for 30 minutes. Then heat grill for 10 minutes.
    9. Generously dust your work surface and Shape each portion into a round.
    10. Top with a couple of tablespoons of pizza sauce and spread evenly followed by torn mozzarella. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle pepper.
    11. Back the oven mode to bake mode, Place pizza in the oven and cook for 5 minutes, turn quickly to grill mode and bake for another 2 minutes.
    12. Remove from the oven and add some basilica or argula.
    13. Enjoy!
