Purple nurple chapter!
With a name like palid raptors, a velociraptor skull for the warband logo would be cool. Would also match the fleshy/skull like helmets.
Very nice job! I think the mix of indigo purple and black armor *SCREAMS* Fabulous Bill to me. So if I had to suggest a name for the associated Warband. I'd go with "The Unbound Homunculi" since they could be creations of his that went rogue.
Also, yes, there is Lore significance to that AoS decal. It's a slightly stylized version of Sigmar's Twin-Tailed Comet. So, to put it in 40K terms, it'd be the equivalent of a Chaos Marine wearing an Aquila on their shoulder. But it doesn't matter that much, since it looks cool.

I've been building and painting some CSM Raptors for a buddy and it is helpful to see a fun painting video for chaos. I've done some fun conversions and kit bashing semi inspired by some of your recent kit bash videos.
I have a strong feeling that helmet is for Mk.5 armour. So you should be able to get a modern sculpt of it, if GW make a plactic kit for 30k.
