    My grandfather, born in 1902, would say every time when asked if he wanted oatmeal for breakfast, would say, "What do you think I am, a horse?" He was born closer to nature.

    Do not eat:
    oatmeal
    All nuts
    Chia seeds
    Soy and tofu

    Once on carnivore, I did a food challenge with walnuts. I felt gross!!! I used to love walnuts.
    Have always been bloated with chia.

    Can confirm. Oatmeal for breakfast gave me strong blood sugar crashes and binge eating tendency. I do still eat some plain sprouted organic oatmeal with blueberries but always after some steak and eggs!

    The consumption of anti-oxidant rich food and anti-cancer foods is totally irrelevant. If you don't eat oxidative and inflammatory foods you don't lay the ground work for cancer and inflammatory diseases to start with.
    Note : Your body makes and stores anti-oxidants from the healthy foods you eat. At any given time you have about a month's supply in storage.
    Here's a concept that people need to grasp - All animals are specialists and eat the food that's naturally best for them. The Homo sapien dietary specialty is based on meat and fat.
    The fact is that deer have legs. Plants have roots. And veganism is a death cult where it's deluded disciples believe that because you eat meat you automatically beat your wife and abuse the family pet dog. It's ironic that it's the vegans whom espouse violence against humans.

    Speaking of nuts, I actually got a craving for nuts when I woke up on Sunday so I spent the day with my folks.

      @@niellalien They took 2 nuts and placed them on a wall and I said that's walnuts? They took 2 other nuts and placed them on my chest and I said that's chestnuts? Then they asked me if I took 2 nuts and placed them on my chin what would I call it? I said "chin nuts?" They said no, you'd have a tool in your mouth.

    I would totally agree with you on all these popular foods being a bad idea. The book by Anthony G Jay PhD called Estrogeneration is a great read with respect to soy, chia seeds etc.

    I heard other things about tofu from a dietetics and nutrition student at McGill. She basically said that phytoestrogen in soy is much less powerful than the estrogen our body creates and that phytoestrogen have a preference for other receptors than the estrogen receptors. This preference counters the effects of estrogen in certain of our bodily tissues like breast tissues. She said it reduces chances of breast cancer in women and reduces risk of having cancer once again for cancer survivors. There also other benefits for man. Finally, she explained that real estrogen like our body produces is actually found in animal product like milk since animal produce them. Just a thought.

    I’ve gone back to oatmeal and nut’s with a bit of fruit and feel way better, tried the all meat thing but just didn’t work for me so the oats and nuts a few days a week helps they are my only carbs though
    Meat and eggs mostly

    Some of your symptoms that you have mentioned in other videos sound like endometriosis. Very difficult to detect unless they are specifically looking for it. I might be wrong but some symptoms point in that direction.

      Interesting that your mentioning yoghurt. So many say that it's good for you (especially made from raw milk) but everytime I eat it, I feel much worse.

      @@Luke-bz2td The amount of problems Yogurt caused for me was impressive for a healthy food! Gas ,bloating, joint pain, raised my blood sugar and skin rashes! I was buying high fat FAGE ! The cheap stuff with artificial sweetener also gives me headaches!
