In our region, there is only one Corolla - Toyota Altis.
These Altis series are the same as those in Japanese market - 4 disc type only.

If the hub and the bearing are grouped to a set, then our kit works perfectly on your vehicle.
The second thing needs to confirm is the bolt size on the hub, M10xP1.25 chose Vios kit, M12xP1.25 chose Yaris kit.

Our kit fits 2008 Toyota Yaris RS well.
As we mentioned, we don't have Sienna CE drum type here and couldn't take data.

We agree with you at our first thought.
When we study more, we found out that Toyota always has a drum for their disc system.
After many years' study, the reliability of the hand brake on caliper system is not stable enough is our answer.
So you won't have a hand brake on caliper system on heavy duty vehicle like pick-up or trucks.

The parking brake (by handle) and hydraulic brake (by peddle) are working separately.
Double system is doubly safe.
Most luxury vehicles installed the same system - drum in disc system.
On the other hand, upgrade to 4 pot caliper is possible without losing the parking brake.

Hyundai santafe 4wd automatic it has the same all four disk brakes
And I have Hyundai creta automatic 1.6 crdi its has only front disk brakes and rear r drum!
The point in this car is abs kick early in hard braking and not gives braking performance
The drum brake is good, but it has a lag problem.
Especially, in sudden brake cases.

The disc is just for looks. It doesn't operate. It is still rear drum brakes.

If you want to make good money I suggest making QUALITY aftermarket rear disc kits for classic American cars. I would be interested in such a kit for my '91 Cadillac (though there would be a bigger market with other cars such as 1950s, 1960s, and 1970s GM and Ford vehicles). I usually prefer to buy domestic parts but I don't think anything is available. People with those real old cars often have the money to spend on such parts.

Sorry that we don't have data for AE100 now.
They don't have individual hub for most of the old Toyota.
In such cases, it would cost much more to build a new hub.
