  • ****Supernote hasn't provided this device for review; I purchased it with my own hard-earned money, which was a significant investment. I'll be completely transparent in my assessment, offering my honest opinions without bias. Trust me, I'm committed to providing you with the most accurate and unbiased review possible.***
I recently purchased the Supernote Nomad A6X2, a digital device designed for note-taking in black and white. As an unbiased consumer, I wanted to share my thoughts on this e-tablet.
Firstly, the purchasing process was straightforward, and I appreciated the transparency of buying a product with my own money rather than receiving it for review purposes. The Supernote Nomad boasts a sleek design and feels comfortable to hold, making it an attractive option for on-the-go note-taking.
In terms of functionality, the e-tablet performs admirably. The black and white display is crisp and clear, providing a pleasant writing experience. I found the writing responsiveness to be excellent, with minimal lag between strokes. Additionally, the device offers a variety of note-taking features, including the ability to organize notes into folders and export them for further use.
However, there are a few areas where the Supernote Nomad falls short. While the black-and-white display may appeal to some users for its simplicity, others may find it limiting, especially for tasks requiring color differentiation. Additionally, the lack of backlighting can make it challenging to use in low-light environments.
Overall, the Supernote Nomad is a solid choice for those seeking a dedicated e-tablet for note-taking. Its sleek design, responsive writing experience, and organizational features make it a compelling option for students, professionals, and creatives alike. However, potential buyers should consider their specific needs, particularly regarding color display and lighting preferences, before making a purchase.

Nice review and I felt the honestly. I have the nomad (2024)with the FW2, A5X (2022) with the original FW1. I also have the rM2 (2020). You have touched on a few things I think is very important part I always point out. Most of the reviews out today focus on the technical aspects and of course our out there to have content to make money but as I share with people it can come down to very nuanced things between the rM2 and SN. One all the features of the SN, Boox, iPad and others and I think its hard for people to understand why some people live the simplicity of the rM2. I love it and I refuse to through in the towel on it for what it lacks, but I actually use it and maximize it for it does do.
Now if you think the FW2 of the nomad feels slippery you should have experienced the FW1. That was part of the reason I didn’t use my A5X for a long period of time, I couldn’t stand the writing expereince. I like the SN devices but I still personally think rM has the best writing experience. I’m not happy about the folio material but I do understand the sustainability and ESG factors. I prefer the previous folios.
You are also right, in the moment many individuals including myself experience the lag with writing, sometimes the side bar for erasing doesn’t always work. So many other issues found in the Reddit Groups and our Supernote Fan Boys (the Big Three) don’t hardly ever address or like to gloss over it. Also writing on it had given me a strain on my wrist that I didn’t use to experience.
Overall a good device and ecosystem but good points to consider for those interested in the SN.

@telockett9850 Thanks for tuning in! You're absolutely right. Despite my desire for the Nomad to fit my needs, it simply didn't work out. I aim to be transparent with everyone since I haven't found this information elsewhere.

@@MIKEYSREVIEWS got it. I've just ordered it, considering their ridiculous pricing in EU it better be good. What is your daily driver now?

I opted to stick with the RM2 because of its simplicity and overall feel. While I initially intended to keep the Nomad, I ultimately found that it didn't meet my preferences. Like I mentioned in the video felt like glass. The Rm2 feels like I am grabbing onto something.
Hope you like the Nomad. Only way is to try them both.
      Yes, there expensive.
