I am so impressed with what you are doing. Ndugu Stanley Ndawula we are asking you to consider becoming our next president. Ugandans deserve a president who cares about their interests. Watched and listened intensively. I just wish the things you are talking about are being channeled into the ears of those in charge of this country and those in opposition who have designated themselves the role of masquerades instead of fighting about the things you are talking about here. Thank you Ndugu Sternly and the man from the mineral-rich Busoga for shedding light on the current issues. Administrative corruption in Uganda has become a significant obstacle to health, social and economic development. It's time to break the cycle!
As for the M 23, NUP, and other activists, let us avoid creating any other leader who "feels" is above the system. They have always betrayed us. Let us build the system so it can give us leaders.

If the M23 protest were to be allowed to blossom, the following categories of people would be there:
* Genuine anti corruption crusaders;
* Dr. Besigye's students who want an uprising;
* Those who have an axe to grind with government (KCCA, Uganda Police Force, judiciary);
* Kabaka Yekka-like riotous youth who are daring and destructive. These are , predominantly, in NUP .
The group would, organically, develop into an unmanageable mass akin to the Arab Spring uprisings.

Hi team! Get well soon Philosopher. M23 cause was right but the plan and organization was wrong. By planning to disarm police if true then that’s very unlawful and discredits them however, l don’t think their plight was to overthrow our government and trumped up. 2nd Cissy was exonerated by court but my take is she should lie low like an envelope as the populace thinks that’s a cover up by the government so she should stop discrediting her regime that it supports corruption as way of work and life.

Everything else may be true except for Iraq Returnees to disarm Uganda police! I am a returnee. I wish to note that whereas, Iraq Returnees were trained to fire different weapons, they were not taught combat skills to the extent of disarming Uganda Police. Moreover, it's more than 10 years since the Iraq mission ended. Most Returnees have since moved on. They are not available for such a risk (especially in numbers that can make impact). Unless a handful was to be involved, of which they would be overwhelmed by the armed forces of Uganda with precise ease.
