Rory needs to have a chat with that SXS owner about all the trash he left lying around.
I'm not a total wuss by any means but I think Rory Irish yelling at me would calm me down pretty quick 😂
You do not know the trash came from that guy, but yes pick it up anyway.
@@tomdunn7147 ...but it is very likely. Regardless, they missed a great opportunity to make a public awareness trash address.
I'm beginning to dislike the SxS community more and more, they have a total disregard for public land, they think places like Southern UT and Southern NV is their own personal trash can. They disrupt natural vegetation and wildlife, this list of gripes is much much longer. TBH I would like to see the rental companies stop renting SxSs. They should be only operated on private land. Or the renter is required to take a safety course much like when you rent a boat. Any violation of the safety rules and your access to public land is revoked for 1 year. SxSs are getting a lot of public land shut down because of the reckless behavior and disruption to the local environment.
@@j.till_z it's not just the SXS community. Take a walk around your town. I know my town in Canada is turning into a trash pit because people just chuck the garbage on the ground. i have a small park up the street that people like to stop and eat their takeout food then just toss the garbage out the window because it's a one min walk to the garbage can.
Glad you're back to your normal program.
Hallelujah. Here’s someone who knows the difference between “you’re” and “your”. I think grammar teachers shouldn’t read social media posts. It must be torture for them. 😊
@@atwowheelguytheres a difference between feeling you’re nuts and feeling your nuts…
Same! A good ol' recovery video! Wish I could give it 10 thumbs-up.
@@halkael2317could not have been said better lmao
@@atwowheelguy This isn't a grammar test. We all just having fun 😅
Thank y'all for finishing the joke. "touchdown" was the punchline!! awesome!!
Jake is the best. Hes like that kid back in the day that always jumps in front of the camera when someone is filming. We need more jake!!!!
That ending bit XD "touchdown"
go sports-team!!
Ya that was great
I think I 'lol'd 'myself...
Goooooooaaaal !!
visiting team really went hard in the second inning
For Kaulin: The name nuclear football was given to describe the briefcase because it's needed to given the commands to use nuclear weapons. The first nuclear war plan was code-named "dropkick", so in order to perform "dropkick", you needed to use the "football". So the nickname came to be because of that. I'm assuming that Matt named the control box for the winches in reference to the nuclear football because it is needed to perform any recovery using the winches, hence it's the "football" in that situation.
Also, The Nuclear Football is the case that contains the launch codes.....IT IS NOT ANY SORT OF CONTROL APPARATUS.
Fun Fact: The code for all permissive action link (PAL) controllers for nuclear weapons stationed in Europe during the Cold War was 00000000.
HAHAHAHAHA! That clip at the end with Colin watching "football" 🏀. Priceless! 😂
First thing I saw was the trash next to the side by side clean up the garbage
Yup
That what i saw first & thought disrespectful to the desert 🌵 matts kid got im sure .
Ditto. People have to take care of public lands.
Same - the inconsiderate owners should get a fine for littering tacked on to their tow bill.
Matt always makes a point of picking up trash. I would hope the kids did too.
Next to ? The trash IS the sidexside 😂
A huge shout-out to those who get stuck or get into impossible predicaments then call . . . then agree to be a part of the show. There can so easily be an element of hurt pride, particularly for the guys. And for the viewers there can be a snide armchair-warrior feeling of superiority when the most difficult thing they've navigated recently is the well-worn path to the fridge!
But you are a vital part of the show. There's no shade or shame on those who actually get out and try stuff, and things go south (or "pear-shaped" as the Aussies might say!).
I don't know about others, but what I see is someone who got out of the armchair and went to do stuff.
And if you got into something that my years of getting stuck or in predicaments now enable me to avoid . . . it's all "learning curve". I certainly would not want to begrudge someone their learning curve -- especially when MORR has the gift of being able to turn it into educational entertainment of the highest caliber.
BTW, I loved Jaymie's commentary on the marvels of thermodynamics as they relate to oak leaves on snow! I'm a lot like you in that I would notice and marvel at such a display of differential heating.
Well said my friend , very well said.😊
Thank goodness there are folks that rescue others. My last adventure involved ice under the snow sliding me in nearly the same position as the "prospector guy''. Luckily I had a hard plastic semi mudflap and my floor mats along with a tiny bit of unfrozen dirt to get me out after an hour. I didn't relish a 10 mile walk to town or sleeping in the Rav4 that night. FYI there is a very visible button that makes it go where I shouldn't be...
I think that and don't posses the ability to put it into words. Thank you
It’s fun to get stuck then call. I am a 3 time recovery client. 😅
HEY! My fridge is in a dangerous part of the house!! I won't even attempt the journey without flippers, scuba gear, a 12-gauge, and a parachute!
It was so cool to see the kids handle that rescue mission so confidently, cooperatively, and intelligently. They knew what needed to be done, chatted with each other about it, and got it done together! So cool to see!!
"I hate anything like grease"
Shows a pictue of the country Greece 😂😂
That made me laugh.
Maybe they edited that part, all I saw was a movie poster of the movie "Grease".
@@georgevindothe very next image after that poster is one of a typical Greek island
Yeah, the chassis grease, then the movie, then the country. Excellent!
The "Football" contains the launch codes for the US Nuclear weapons arsenal...so it makes sense that the "World's Largest Off Road Wrecker" is also controlled by a "Football" 😅 12:54
you have to be in the lower 48 to understand....
The term "football" is derived from a nuclear attack plan codenamed Dropkick if anyone is interested in why they calles it a football
I'd rather Kaulin be in charge of the football than the imbecile that is.
It's called "the football" because it is never allowed to be set down. It never leaves the "carriers" hands.
@@johnnyadams1755 should be called handball instead tbh.
That was a neat spot, Jamie, the leaf melting into the snow so perfectly!
That bit at the very end with Caulin was brilliant, I woke my cat up laughing!
I loved the off-road games but it is nice to see something different.
The interaction between Matt and Jaymie was fun. What a great couple. I was going to say not a typical date night, but probably is for them.
I like that the first thing Katelyn did was to put the shoulder harness on 🤣
She uses her earplugs and safety glasses as well, she's the only one there who will have sight and hearing in 20 years.
@@marvindebot3264and arms and legs.
Makes damn certain it won't be the last thing she does. Katelyn just quietly does sensible things - good for her!
From what I've seen of her on here, she's no dummy about being bounced around in ORVs
Welcome back Matt's off road recovery! Good job on these recovery's! Always nice to see Jaymie helping out and she loves that Big wrecker!
""You Went Gold Prospecting In That Hyundai?"" Ed went in a Suzuki.
That Suzuki will go places that the Hyundai couldn't even dream about going. These days, the fact that something is sold as an "SUV" doesn't mean it has any offroad capability at all. An AWD station wagon with strreet tires couldn't even stay on that snowy road.
I'd take the Suzuki over the Hyundai. Simpler, smaller, lighter, cheaper (or was, until everybody laid hands on it to restore it and give it the most expensive paint job ever applied to that kind of vehicle).
Ed is old school. Thy don't make them like that anymore.
Speaking of Ed, the Golden Nugget probably could have handled the Hyundai recovery 😂
Kaulin's like me...."He got it in the basket...Hole in One!!" I'm not much of a sports fan either, Kaulin. 🙃
Rather watch this than Paul's son making goals!
"Touchdown!" had me rollin! 😂😂
That's great making fun of LeBaron James. A++ for that one. 😂
Utah doesnt have a sports team
Didn't they steal a team from New Orleans?
@@ripvanrevs The Jazz? Utah doesnt believe in music.
FYI: His first name is 'LeBron', not 'LeBaron' (P.S. I don't follow basketball)
@@pretzelhunt lol, you sure?
That is cool how the sun heats the darker leaf and it melts into the snow like that 🌿 ❄️
I found one buried under two feet of snow one time. It had a nice little "cave" melted out above it. That got me thinking that infra red penetrates deep into snow.
@@georgevindo or it was melted like that then another layer of snow covered it
I appreciated Jamie showing us that.
Amazing that people still dump thier trash anywhere. I hope you cleaned up the water bottles.
You should see the ditches here in Eastern KY. It's ridiculous how bad people litter.
They just needed better tires for going off road. Always try HOLDING the traction control button to fully disable it when needed.
Tires make all the difference. All-season tires and you're cruising in that Santa Fe. With good ground clearance, that little car is surprisingly similar to a subaru. Add winter tires and conquer snow, even without AWD. Matt 20 point turns it around in similar stuff that got it stuck! Intuitive traction off and AWD lock buttons give you even more control, and Hyundai's traction control is impressive with real tires. I've had a couple of the newer ones, they're great in the mountains.
PUT THE TRASH IN A BAG PUT IT IN THE SIDE BY SIDE
Agreed. I noticed the trash as well.
Even in the unlikely event that the trash happened to be present where the wheel broke, one should pick up the trash. Otherwise there's inevitably some guilt by association.
Amen to that Yoda 🙏
“Do or do not
There is no try”
After that Kaulin comment about Lebron James has officially cemented him as my favorite person at MORR because I don't follow sports and always get things mixed up as well! 😂
I like that Kaulin was open and honest about what he didn't know, and took it gracefully when when called on an error. He didn't act like one of those blowhards who pretends to know stuff they actually don't and refuses to acknowledge when they're wrong.
@@warpedweirdo Right? Hindsight bias, I only knew what would happen because it already happened
You can tell his parents taught him right! @@warpedweirdo
I don't follow sports, so I wouldn't know who he is, either.
I just love Jake. He is always smiling, in a good mood and always ready to go! And he always looks like he's having a great time. Good work Jake! You make me smile!
Great ending. Good for Kaulin. Life is too short to sweat the small stuff.
Nice job "kids"...Jake is a character...Katelynn is coming into her own...nice to see Jayme and Matt doing things together.
“Touch down”great ending 😂
You definitely need more passenger space in the wrecker. Maybe add 2 bunk beds on top, then you even have a place when you lose the race with the sun.
I was just thinking about added seating myself. Great minds think alike! But I was thinking of adding a lazy Susan and a fold flat seat to the roof of the cab to create a spotter/guide position like in a safari.
They have to fit through the tunnel at Sand Hollow
Seats on top of the engine cowling like in the John Wayne movie “Hatari”
@@yourhandlehere1 - you wouldn't need a seat for spotting disabled vehicles while traveling thru the tunnel hence the ability to fold it flat.
A sleeper compartment off a Peterbilt 359....... Hmmmm....Sure, why not?
Don't them kids know about the wing window? That's the A/C of the day. They haven't lived till they open that wing window!
Those ones are sketchy meaning they’ll fall out.
I had a couple of air cooled VW's the wing window was the defroster as well as the A/C. The heater certainly wasn't up to the task, except when going uphill.
2. 40 air
@@jasonh4167 I've never seen one fall out.
I was looking to see if anyone else thought that.
Matt you had a wonderful win. You always win when you get the customer out and you get to work with Jamie.
BIG shout out to Jamie showing Matt how to drive the wrecker lol jkjk
On our Hyundai Tuscon, there's a button on the dash to the left of the steering column to turn off the traction control. I'm surprised the Santa Fe doesn't have it in the same place.
Almost all Hyundai's do, it's the one with squiggles and says off? lol
Matt helping Jamie, get up in the wrecker. lol slight push.
He let Jamie go first, and then he brought up the rear!
Hey Caitlin (sp?) I wanted to give you a shout-out. You have so successfully stamped your own unique personality on the show that I watch it without missing Lizzy. I'm a guy so I know that sounded loutish, but Lizzy and her personality were such an integral part of the show that I didn't think I would enjoy it the same ever again.
You proved me wrong! You go girl!
Glad you see you back you regular work.
You could make an off-road wrecker video game. The goal could be finishing the wrecker. Along the way you could use clips of the various problems you have "solved" along the way.
as levels of the game.Have Ed as your help avatar.
MOOR team - you should but seats on top of the storage boxes facing backwards like the 80's Subaru Brat to haul your extras!
There is hope for America! Kaulin didn't know Lebron James played basketball. Imagine someone his ag not knowing who LJ is?!
So cool to see Jamie come with and be able to jump into all your rigs
Great to have you back doing recoveries. I was disappointed that no-one picked up the bottle, left near the side by side. Matt would have done if he was there.
I do not know what's wrong with me but Everytime i pass or see a cow getting passed on the show i go moo . Must be me acting like i did when i was a kid ? Cool white Razor ✓
Maybe think about heavy-duty rubber for the fenders. Something that will give and bend without breaking or denting.
Matt needs some "This is not a seat" stickers. They would be absolutely everywhere.
Thank you for the adventure and seeing some beautiful scenery during the recovery !
Need to figure out a way to color code the winches and put corresponding colors on the football to make it easier for the operator.
That reminded me of the rental Hyundai Tucson hill job from back when you were first making videos! Also of Austin Powers turning around in the tunnel of the cave
your fam is awesome matt thanks for sharing the journey
You have one of the best editors on CZcams . Outstanding and hilarious humor!!!
I'm surprised that the crew hasn't built a "sling" for the wrecker. It could be removable, and would certainly help the towing in scenarios such as this.
Back on track with Towing!!! You guys are awesome!!!
Hey 👋 from upstate New York love to see you guys back on the calls
Near Buffalo myself.
I hope they picked up the trash next to side by side. Why do people throw their trash out! You pack it in, pack it back out!!
That should be called a "Kaleidoscope Turn".
Hello Matt and all y’all. Thanks for all you do. Keep it coming, I’m having the time of my life with your videos and friendship.
Did they pick up the water bottle and other garbage around the side by side?
Gotta give it to Jamie she's a real trooper ...she fits anywhere when space is limited , not many women willing to be uncomfortable for anyone else
5:07 I always appreciate when people notice the little things in nature that are interesting. (The leaf melted through the snow!)
Big shoutout to your entire video team, Jonah and the entire crew. You guys are absolutely killing it 24/7 to keep cranking these awesome adventures. Thanks for all your seen and unseen work, you guys are amazing 🙌🏼👏🏼🏆🥇
Also I agree with another comment. One should never under any circumstances leave trash debris or parts when doing a recovery. You scoop them up and put them all in the vehicle you are recovering or, like what we had in all of our wreckers was at least one trash can and in most cases two along with a broom and shovel
Great Job at The Off-Road Games!!!! Hopefully Everyone Got Time To Rest! Good To See You Guys Back
Hope someone grabbed that empty water bottle.
That was bugging me too. Some people's kids - leaving their trash like that.
I'm sure they did!
Great video, glad to see Jamie behind the wheel of wrecker. Kaulin did an amazing job with the wrecker. Matt you have built an amazing team.
Great job on the Offroad Games! Good to see everyone stayed safe, no one hurt.
Love how happy the customer looked the entire time lol
Touch Down! Haha, very fun video. Excellent as always
Yes they should have respect for the trails yall get to use out there and pick up after themselves. Surcharge for cleaning up sounds good. Thought the snow leaf was cool too jaymie (apologize for name if wasn't right)
It's cool that Jamie noticed the oak (?) leaf, warmed by the sun, that melted through the snow. I was just talking to my son about my often noticing things others don't notice. The leaf would be such a thing. A cracked frame on a mobile crane was another! (Not my truck!)
Matt turning the SUV around reminded me of a video where an oriental dude turns a sports car around on an office tower ledge. Yup, way up high! I'm glad doesn't quite push things quite that far!
So glad we are back to regular MORR episodes!😁
Great recoverys guys....younguns did a super great job
I didn't watch a minute of the off-road games. Glad your back to the regular stuff
Excellent recoveries. You guys rock..Kaulin is hilarious..love the "touchdown " at the end😂😂😂😂...great video, keep them coming
You guys are too young to know, but the wrecker A/C is exactly the same as my 68 Bug. The front vent windows! 😂 and the fan control was how far you rotated them and your speed.
There's also 4-60 AC, 4 windows down at 60 mph 😂
8:22 Matt taking as much advantage as he can out of that situation... 🤣
And don't forget 3:05😂😂😂 just like the first prom date in a truck
@@sharonnicholson3393 Yup, those awkward positions, definitely. 😂
Great job guys. Thank you 😊
Kaitlyn says that back in hazard county, they just weld the doors and use the window so that when you come down off the jump, the doors don't go flying open when the frame warps.
Just curious, did you leave the water bottle out there, or did you pick it up.
Huh. Matt beat Robbie posting their Wednesday video.... 😁
I love these guys great team they have a lot lot of fun together : watch till the end and the marvelous "Touchdown" from Kaulin.... that means editing guys !!!👍👍👍
That is a great view you guys have on your recoveries. Nice to see the heavy wrecker in action with different crew members leading the charge.
Good MORRning everyone!

Good morning
Hi John!
Good afternoon😁
I wish you a great day all the way from the Netherlands.
@@steiner554 MORRning is when MORR uploads, regardless of time zone
Kaulin reminds me of my mom when it comes to sports 🤣
Hey Matt,
Love the vid... as always! Trusting your son with the wrecker is Huge! As a father of 6 boys, your trust in your son will have a positive impact on him for the rest of his life! My wife Jean loves the fact that you bring your wife along, as well as letting her operate the equipment! Great Job Matt!
If ever your building/making an ice rink you have to keep the leaves off for the reason that we just observed they absorb heat and will melt thru when the sun shines on them
Watching these two hang out and do jobs together is literally adorable.
The first two or the second two? 😉
Both
That is not a good vehicle for prospecting. Good job Kaulin, Katelyn and Jake getting the SxS out and loaded on his trailer! NOT a TOUCH DOWN Kaulin!!!
Matt with these trying times today it is so refreshing to see your great attitude with yourself your family and the workers that’s a rare rare thing these two young whippersnappers that got the side-by-side out that’s a learning curve for them you’re an awesome awesome dad brings happy tears to my eyes to watch all of you work together
Jamie out there driving the wrecker like not a problem Kaitlyn is such a sweetheart it’s really nice to have good people around you you’re a good man MATT 💯👍✊🇺🇸😊
Matt, if the kids failed to pick up the trash next to the broken side by side, I would send them back out there in a sand rail ( or something)bto retrieve it 😅.
Keep up your great channel! I live vicariously through you. Hopefully I will get the opportunity to get out there next off road games time😊
Heaven help the poor souls that have those Razors driving through their neighborhoods.
Touchdown, nice touch.
It’s like taxi cab confession when the customer comes along, I love it!
There's nothing like the moment you grab the controls and realise it's just you to get the job done.
Lovely to see the next generation settling in to getting people out - done slightly different to Matt's ways, but everyone/everything extracted in one piece - job done
I still say you should have had Steve Lehto at the games. The man knows vehicles, he's more responsible, unlike Westin, he's an outdoorsman, and he's funny.
Westin didn't back into the jeep, the jeep behind Robbys drove into Robbys jeep.
@salty.oldcracker Westin straight up said he seen the other Jeep coming at him, so he put it in reverse.
It made my heart sing to know that Kaulin gave no 💩💩about pro basketball and hopefully other pro sports as they are all fake now.
Sports are all fake?
Great job you all on both recoveries.
Its so nice to see how cool you are with customers....
