Summer BBQ Picnic in Monmouth, New Jersey!

Summer is for time spent outdoors, enjoying the warm, mellow breeze under the shades of trees. Summer is for being with your family and friends, making fun memories that will last a lifetime! But mostly, summer is for BBQ picnics!!!
Although we’ve already enjoyed quite a few picnics, this one was the most fun! The food was perfect, the weather was ideal for being outdoors, all the kids had a great time water fighting, and the adults got to relax and catch up!
I will share my recipes for the chicken tikka boti, the beef seekh kabab, and the grilled veggies very soon. Meanwhile, here are the links for the tomato garlic pulao, the hummus and mint chutney, and the lemon pound cake! All of them are incredibly easy and delicious, and definitely worth trying out!

Those were some of the best kebabs I've ever had and the chicken tikka boti was so soft! I loved this picnic, food and great company.

Hey lovely video! Delicious food! I am close by, want to know if you have to make reservations for the table and hut? And also is this the grill in the park or yours?? Sorry for so many questions!

Hello! For this particular park you don’t need any reservations for the pavilion (hut with table) but it’s first come first serve so if you are lucky you’ll get it first! Or try to send someone to hold it for you. Maybe you can leave things on the tables and make it clear that nobody else takes it. It’s a beautiful park I highly recommend it! It’s totally free entrance too. They have a nice visitor center and historical information, a big battle took place here.

Also yes the bbq grill I took my own, but they have lots of bbq grills in the park too. I got this from Walmart for just $20. I hope I’ve answered your questions! Don’t be sorry to ask 😀
