im a malaysian. yes its true the m09 really famous in malaysia. whenever u go u will see it. some people with mt09 will use it for daily ride cuz i saw it by my own eyes if i go to work back and forth to KL-Selangor.

I heard that cicking/clacking/shuttering/ticking sound is common on Yamaha bikes and some call it the "Yamaha tick". My R6 has that sound also.

I had this 1st gen mt09 thereafter a tracer then back to 2nd gen mt09. Lol. There are some issues to note. One is hot start issue which is from dirty throttle body. Next is the cam tensioner which went thru many revisions for the mt09 due to the rattling sound when the auto tensioner fails. otherwise the engine is superb

hello farhan! I'm a fan of your bike review videos. just a small feedback, I feel like every time u give the background/description of the bike at the start of the video, your voice volume becomes really soft until I can barely hear it. you might want to equalize your voice level for that portion of the video with the rest of the video! keep up the bike reviews man I'm loving it!!
Noted on that. Because i wss listening thru an earpiece on my lappy and everything seems fine. Will do in the next one

Yes. Ive seen the MT10. That one i wouldn't describe it as muscular cos i would call it a beast. And it is a beauty.
If the MT09 performance is as what was described by Alfi, i could imagine the MT10 taking it up one or two notch above it.

I'm a MT07 owner and I'm from Malaysia. On the 3rd day of having it, I get a chance to test ride the MT09, and yes I've never felt so regret in my life as having the mt07 rather than the mt09. Please do make an MT07 video just to pampered my heart back to the MT07.
