I absolutely adore this house. I never thought of making a house realistic and like for a lower budget family. It looks so real.
The creator did a fantastic job creating this Sims home,
but in reality, it would not be for a family with a lower budget.
This home has many items.
And, an outdoor pool, computers, t.v's, a dishwasher, bbq, washer & dryer, a fully fenced in yard, guitar, motor-home, & pet are all quite expensive.
She made a realistic home, not a lower budget one.
Aww, Chloe's house exterior is even more beautiful💙 Oh this is definitely gon be in my gameplay save file and I'm gon put a swing in the backyard. I'm gon give her, her family, & Max the life they deserve.

This is a beautiful build. I like the pool and pizza slice in it. The family room looks so cozy. I am so excited for werewolves, if it is it (honestly thought occult simmers wouldn't get anything anymore) and for the bb hope it will be more torn grungy furniture that looks like it would be fallen apart because of werewolves having chewed on it or smth

Love this! I play sims on PS4 and find it’s quite difficult to edit. To place things manually on cabinets etc as it doesn’t tend to let you

I love the above-ground swimming pool! I was thinking, maybe not on this lot, but on others a way to make it look more integrated and for the stairs to not be so awkward would be to have like, a deck around the pool. I've seen that a lot, people will build decks off their house and have it wrap around the above-ground pool so it almost looks in-ground. Might be something to try?

I also think we're getting too many kits, mostly because I only buy the one's building. I wish we would get another stuff pack, where we can chose what comes with it (like laundry day and nifty knitting). And I would love to see another expansion pack for the summer (I'm not sure about the theme, but I would just love to get a new expansion).

I love this build sm! Also my imagination for it was two teen boys and a child who’s a girl who’s all siblings and there like very overprotective over her and also two parents but instead there’s a step dad instead of it being their biological one.❤️

The family could be parents with the dad as an aspiring musician who goes on tours with his hand and the mom is an activist for green living! The teenager could be an artist and one of the twins could be more sporty and athletic and the other more of a science lover in hopes of helping keep the land green!

The city around your build and the textures look modified and more realistic, if "bleaker"... Is it just a reshade or do you actually have a plants/grass texture mod thing installed?
