Thanks for sharing these videos. After looking for Transatlantic flights from Amsterdam I just decided I will avoid Delta and Lufthansa. I flew with LH just before covid and it seems they don't offer the same product. So I am between American/British, KLM or TAP. What a great channel and video. Nice filming and sharing your experience. You should have much more views and subscribers...

It’s a fairly comfortable aircraft, my wife and I flew it from JFK to Tel Aviv a month or two ago. They served us that same egg sandwich, it was so hard if you threw it at the wall, you would’ve broken the window.
Honestly, we flew Emirates in April and after that I think we have been too spoiled. Great vid 👍🏼

I only care about a visual of how far back the seats recline, that’s the only reason I would pay for comfort plus, I wish you had shown that
at least the seat looks and feels rather comfortable compare to KLM, the cabin seems also quieter than B777, so i will definitely try Delta 330 neo next time over KLM or AF 777s !! nice video !
Yes the Seat was very comfy and way more comfortable than the seat onboard KLM‘s B772er.
As for the food service in the 330neo JFK-LHR, (I flew last my) my expectations were exceeded. My selection was a chicken and potato gnocchi, which was excellent. Very satisfying.

Don't know what to say about food service. Did a jaunt out of DFW to Tokyo on American in October and had two tasty meals and a substantial snack, then moved on to JAL from Tokyo to Vietnam and had one "hamburger ball" belly-bomb that my dog would've rejected (you may be aware that lately JAL has been encouraging passengers to skip meals under the guise of "so we don't have to disturb you if you're sleeping or resting.") Maybe the airlines are trying to get rid of anything but pretzels and peanuts altogether. Anyway, I've a Delta A330-900neo flight SEA-Korea in two weeks. Let's hope there's more on offer! Just in case, carrying a big bag of trail mix! Good vid! Thanks!

Seat, food and service are like economy. I will rather save the extra dollar and go economy. My favorite seats are the last row of the plane so nobody will kick the back of my seat. I always bring snacks if food is not enough.

Delta has cutback the food service so much that it's embarrassing, even United does better in economy meals now. Delta has now cut out pre-meal snacks and pre-meal drinks. Bread is removed and in place is a slightly larger single side, whereas the old days, they had a salad, side, cheese/cracker, and dessert. The same arrival egg muffin sandwich seems to be used on all routes and they are completely tasteless and dry and they don't even bother leaving a pack of salt. The only thing Delta kept is the quasi-fancy serving ware. I am a top level frequent flyer with Delta and just came back from several long-hauls and I am shocked how bad things have gotten.
Oh really? It´s so sad to see that so many airlines are still continuing cuttig their service.
Does the A330-900neo have foot rests in Comfort+ and how about USB and power ports. How many of each? Lastly, how far could your seat recline? Thank you..
On the subject of food served. It just seems wrong with an expensive transatlantic ticket a more substantial meal service is not done. Even the cheese which used to be standard in the meal tray was not there. Nor crackers. Every time I've flown over the years most passengers devoured all the items served, even if it didn't taste great.
During a long flight anything is edible and tastes good just to fill up a hungry tummy. Ticket prices are up but food service has gone downhill. Even business class food now is not the same a before. Experienced that end of September and last week with the overhyped Turkish Airline catering. Very skimpy servings.
Hopefully they let u keep the pillow and blanket since covid fears still out there
I'll fly to ICN (Seoul, Korea) this summer. I'm surprised they gave you the water bottle instead of Dasni. Personally, I'm not fond of Dasni at all; I brought my own.

I really appreciate the review. However, it would be even more helpful to edit down footage to essentials and give specifics with legroom. What may be a lot to a 28" inseam is different to a person who has a 36" inseam. 🙂

I was looking at taking a trip to Europe this fall and I think this aircraft is used coming back, I think the B767 is used going over. And I selected the comfort+ for the trip as well. Let me ask do you think 2200$ is a good deal non-stop to MUC from ATL? It seems to be, but I guess I should keep looking.
I think 2200 USD is quite a lot. Is it during vacation time?
But I have to say that I do not know much about the prices for flights from the US to Europe, just the other way.

Going STR - ATL in April (from Europe) and we pay around 600 EUR per Person in Eco plus as a round Trip. 2.200 is quite high.

Airplane is mostly crap in any level of economy. The hard product is most important. The lack of drink service sucks, but I’ve found that if you sweet talk the flight attendants, they tend to take care of you. Also, mint chip ice cream is not an exotic flavor. Its very common and popular.
How were the headsets did you bring your own?
I always bring my own Bose head set

Definitely! Comfort+ has a minimum of 34" of legroom. Standard, on international flights anyway, is about 30-31". Also, compared to Premium Economy, Comfort+ is a bargain!

Can’t have metal utensils on a plane. Can be used as weapons and no longer allowed.
Only reason I always pay for any “plus” seat is cus I’m over 190cm tall. Otherwise not worth the extra $100

It looks like American Airlines would be the best airline for quantity of food served and offerings. British Airways serve less food than Delta and they have removed the ‘raid the larder’ snacks at the galley in economy for in between meals for hungry passengers. It looks like Delta are going down the route of Etihad Airways with those oval shaped meals and removing bread and sides as part of cost cutting. At least Delta still provide snacks. It looks like you would need a full English cooked breakfast at Schiphol after that flight! British Airways are terrible for breakfast, they only give a cheese roll for breakfast. That must be so embarrassing for the flight attendants! You definitely need a full English breakfast at Heathrow if landing in the morning with British Airways! My days of long haul travel are pretty much over now given the weak British pound currency to the US dollar plus cost of living going up!!! Great video 👍

Thanks! I have actually flown with Delta on the A330 from SEA to AMS back in 2014. I thought that Delta provided excellent service and the catering was excellent where bread and sides were part of the economy meal then. It looks like standards have slipped since then!

The ICE Cream had a menth flavor similar to a lot of tooth pasts…
The reason why the foods didn't taste well as expected is because you're flying up above stratosphere (high altitude) from the ground which is different pressured air cause our taste buds to not work during high altitude to make it taste funny. Especially less oxygen up there. That's why people don't know about the flight foods because there's nothing wrong, its just the air level is different.

I booked from Seattle-Amsterdam with a return from London. Delta sold me a Premium Select ticket and then downgraded me to Comfort Plus with no refund. Talk about bait and switch🤔

@@tracywalker244 Supposed equipment change, but offered $5K for an upgrade to business. The good news is I finally got to the right people at Delta who made good on the difference between to 2 airfares so while am unhappy with comfort of the flight, at least got my money back.

delta and air france the worst companies in the world, they broke my bag after one month they broke my friend's bag😢😢😢, i dont advice people to travel with them.i travel so many times since long time. it never happened to me. but with air france and delta they broke my luggage and do not accept to refund.😢😢😢😢
