House is good but its good for commercial purpose more like a hotel can be used as a luxury vacation spot with 1000 dollar room rent per day. The best part is the open area with glass roof amazingly built rest is just fine using too much imported products makes it too overpriced. Anyway whoever builds it its a good masterpiece but only purpose is luxury guest house or hotel or whatever u call it.
Even if it's booked 365 days a year it'll only generate 365k dollars which isn't even 1 percent of ROI. So it's definitely not worth it for listing for rent etc.
