- Here a quick video of my fully restored 1999 Montesa 315r. I have replaced every part that needed restoring.

she now rides and looks great and i'm very happy with it.

Hi, did you manage to get the hope levers working? Would like to do this on my 315. What was involved? I assume that the fittings in the caliper are larger than the lever?

Great video, I am planning to give a 2003 315 a 4RT Repsol make over. Powdercoating frame, swingarm, rims, 4RT Repsol plastics and decals. A question i have about the color, what color (RAL number) do i need for the black frame, swingarm and is this matt or glossy? About the gold (brass) color for the cylinder head and covers for waterpump, clutch & ignition. What color (RAL number) is this? Thanks in advance. Greetz from The Netherlands.

Could u please tell me how I put oil into the gear box and how to check the levels I got my bike yesterday and I’m new to trails haven’t clue what how to check n change the oil never seen anything like it lol
Drain the old oil out then put 1 pint of special thin trials oil in the filler at the top. 👍🏼

Yes all 315's are 250cc 2 stroke
