This game was released only a month before this video gets recorded, and the circuit only gets unlocked after beating Blacklist 2. The player might already on Blacklist 1 or even have finished the game... all in the space of 1 month!!

Remember the old Need for Speed games like 1997 where you could enter cheat codes to become prop cars. Could drive as a T-rex, an outhouse toilet, a ufo, etc. It was a lot of fun as a kid.
