They named it Axel F so that they can spin of BHC into other avenues...;-)

Ah okay. So plenty more BHC to come then. Thanks for the info.

@@24chambersoffilm there was talk of a female lead taking over. Maybe that's why they introduced the daughter - to see the audience reaction.

@@ruthun I am curious how Brandon T Jackson feels after initially being the guy in the pilot that didn't get picked up, and then ten years later, here we are with a new BHC. Although, I definitely don't think it would have worked ten years ago as well as it did now, and they did a good job making it a daughter and not a cop.

It's rubbish. Only watched 10 min of it. Typical usual boring stuff. Jusr a reunion.

But did you expect more than a reunion? It gets the job done for what it is. It doesn't try to be more or less than what is expected. I think it works as the first one in 20 years. If they come out with another next year, then they are just milking the cow at that point. But it is great for a Nostalgia throwback. I think it was better than Eddie doing Coming to America 2. - Nathan

@@24chambersoffilm yeh agree about being better than coming 2 America 2 that was terrible but fair play for them giving it a go.

@@20tiiimes I think everyone saw the success of Cobra Kai revisiting something from 20 years ago, and now all of the studios are seeing what they can do that with. Before, it was remakes, and now it seems like they are just trying to revive the franchises that had success in the past. The Beetlejuice is going to be interesting. - Nathan
