Oh, that is kind of interesting to look at the ingredient list to see whether the idea that this may increase lip size over time could have validity. Tripeptide-1 is in Rhode liquid lip balms (the only one they are using) and supposed to be an emollient. Tripeptide-27 is supposed to boost collagen and elastin synthesis. Tripeptide-28 is Matrixyl and is included in a lot of skincare to help to address wrinkles. So if they really are including substantial amounts of these, they could make a difference. I do think that my own lips seem fuller and less asymmetrical since I have been experimenting with using higher-end lip products regularly, though I admit that i use so many different things that it's hard to give the credit to any particular one. This one could be worth giving a real solid 2 weeks of not using anything else to see if it made a difference though, maybe. I did order one of them so maybe I will try that. 😀

@@dearevahansen I have been doing a long experiment using Augustinus Bader cream (which includes a proprietary peptide) on one side of my face, and I do think that it has made a noticeable difference. So that has made me more interested in peptides in general since it seems that they may actually do something. I have Persimmon in this new Haus Labs product, and although it's a little thick and stringy, it doesn't seem too bad to me, and it does look nice. It's definitely thicker than the regular Haus Labs gloss, but i think the taste and maybe the feel of this new one is more appealing to me. I'm not really seeing many lip products that include other peptides besides Tripeptide-1, and so I am wondering if there could turn out to be something special about this new product. Not that I really care if my lips look fuller, but it could be an interesting experiment anyway.
Have you tried that Inkey List peptide lip balm? There's another $$ one I can't think of the name of. LMK your thoughts if you have!
I love your taste even though our skintones are so diff. You always review everything I'm interested in. You should do monthly favs! These look SO GOOD and I'm not that much into high end lip products. I also really want to try the Caliray corrector for no-makeup days. Just picked up the Ciele tinted SPF and it is so good. And 2 of the new Patrick Ta and REM blushes.

Unrelated: did you get the Patrick Ta holiday palette from last year? With the pink blushes and glitter toppers? If so, can you compare it in your video w the new blushes? Nobody seems to be comparing those.

Hi Holly! I’ve never tried the original ones but they’re as thick as Ami Cole so if those are thicker then the original then yes! Sorry I can’t be more helpful.
For the plumping effect, Haus Labs' website says "A skincare-infused glaze that hydrates lips with burn-free plumping after 2 weeks of continuous use*".
Can you observe and update its plumping effect after using it regularly for 2 weeks? 💕

Is the Ami Cole as milky as these? You know how some lip glosses have a bit more white pigment, like the Fenty gloss bombs vs gloss bomb cream. I'm looking for something milky rather than transparent for pigmented lips and I really like the HAUS colors.
Hmmm that’s a good question I would say the Ami Cole are less milky so if you want more milky I’d go with Haus.
Is this similar to ysl candyglaze and hourglass phantom? Which is the better pick
Hi! I would not say it’s similar because this is a liquid so the texture is much different. As far as effect, these are more sheer. Hopefully that helps!!
