I myself got accused of shoplifting in my local Morrisons some years back they told me I was banned and was just about to go to checkouts to pay well a close Male friend spoke to managment next day for me and they lifted it straight away.
They probably wanted to accuse you on purpose it happened to me a while back but when they get it wrong it is embarrassing for them and I love it when they get things wrong
