Thankyou so much for the review! I was thinking about getting a new water fountain because my cat is smart af and manage to dismantle his previous 2 fountain. Knowing that we need to fasten the water tray is a blessing. I'm getting one asap!!

please if it runs for 24 hours it's not dangerous it can't overheat newbo charger? how long do you let it run a day? what if there is a power outage, is there somehow a place for batteries and where?

What a BEAUTIFUL British Blue Shorthair!! I’ve got a White, Silver-Tipped BSH. Just getting her one of these fountains. I like that it’s got no high water -pouring outlets, which can splash on the cat’s head while they are drinking from the “bowl”. The FILTERS are SO expensive. Where do you buy the filters please? Any advice? I’m in the U.K.
I love White, Silver-tipped BSH!!! We always want to add another BSH to the family. Yes, Cooper likes this fountain so much. I'm not sure for the U.K. We order the filters online in Thailand costing about £9 for 5 pieces.
@@kitticooper5732 Yes.....Sweetie is BEAUTIFUL. You know the fur on the Silver-tipped is different from my Blue BSH? When I stroke her, it’s like running your fingers through fresh snow! I sometimes get a shock from her fur if I touch her quickly!...very strange - Lol. (I so Wish I could send you a photo of her). By the way, the music on your video is hillarious (especially the music that sounds like a fairground - Lol). I’m trying to find the cheapest Petkit Smart 3.0 in the U.K. They are about £65 to £70 (Pounds Sterling)!! I’m determined to get one!! @@Teddibere1 - I am intrigued by the remarks of the fur of your silver-tipped BSH...the sensation of snow...Lol I love it. I'm sure she is beautiful! The filters were ordered via an online platform Shopee from any reasonably priced supplier. In UK you can browse your reputable online platform for filters. If you are searching for Petkit water fountain, please note the Eversweet 2.0 holds more water (since you have 2 BSHs). Hope this helps and thanking for subscribing our channel :)

The fountain is 15cm in height. Kitten grows fast 😊
Do we have to keep it plugged in or do they have batteries?
Normally we plug in. They have battery as a back up in case of power failure which is quite handy :)
Keep it plugged in. It has a Smart Mode, which stops and starts the fountain periodically. It holds 5 batteries, in case there is an electricity cut, then it will switch to battery power so your cat is NEVER left without water!! TIP - I will ALWAYS leave a bowl of clean water down, near the fountain - just in case. You NEVER want to leave your fur babies in possible danger of having no access to clean water at any time!!

I saw many reviews of it that after a month or two the fountain stops working, is it still working for you ?
Yes. It's still working :)
I would not worry about the reviews saying it stops working. My friend has one - and it is absolutely SUPERB.....the Rolls Royce of Cat Fountains. I am trying to find one to buy. The main problem when a fountain stops working is.....the pump. You need to open it GENTLY and clean ALL parts thoroughly, even the impeller. Hope this helps.
Mine stopped working after 4 months, charging plate has the POWER and REFILL indicators permanently lit up and the pump simply doesn't work. What a waste of money.
