since you arn't hucking your sled off cliffs and doing huge jumps you don't need the piggy back shocks of the assault or the wide ski stance. the pro is a carving Machine you will love it. I snowchecked a 2013 pro "for my wife" LOL!!

@rfofmiscellania Well he lost loads of power and speed when he ran over something that looked like rocks. Lost case from there on to go further up.

If I ever get to mountan riding I am going to put a dragster chute on my sled. Even if you can afford to destroy a new sled the walk or riding bitch on someone elses sled has to suck. The chute will slow your sled down and keep it pointed in the right direction and a little luck to keep skis down.
how far did your sled go and what it look like after?
Here is the Skinny, If I were you I would go w/ the Rmk Pro and this is why first it comes w/ the new belt drive "awsome" The assault kept gears to keep there hillclimb status and unless you intend on messing w/ your gearing then who cares. with the pro yoe get the deep powder track , the comp track on the assault is awsome in crud but washes out in the powder.

Amazing footage man, Def. looks like the Alaska I know. Where were you in Ak, I have the Assault and thats one of my biggest fears is coming off the hill and back down.
Makes me cringe when i see the panels and hoods go flying off in wrecks like these.
no way i would be going up that, that was the longest climb ever, il stick to being a sissy i dont think its as dangerous. plus i cant afford to fix my sled as it is haha. sick video!!!!!!!!!!!!
