The annual onion market in Bern Switzerland is held every fourth Monday of November.
Vendors sells the onion which are beautifully decorated. It's a fest of the city, local people and from far away come to Bern to celebrate.
Onion pie is also a delicious specialty on this day. Other specialties like cheeses, nougats and onion soup are also available.
