That last tip I like a lot. Even though it might be weird at first I think having a real-time call is just easier for communication and better understanding the client than constant text back n forth. Also like the tier package graphic idea!
second one.. man it's so helpful and I feel stupid for not knowing it. I had to export every group/layer one by one + 1:07: I actually just select all fonts -> right click -> install
Another faster way to install fonts 1:17 is just to select them all , right click, install. Avoiding the extra step of opening Font Settings.
