how to actually implement shadow work

this video is about shadow work and how to do it so that it actually works!
I spent 3/4 of my healing journey zooming in on all the things that were 'wrong' and 'broken' about me, until I learned about the real reason why I always felt broken: shame. it was literally never anything to do with me. it was the conditioning I received, the social world I was born into. but now I had a choice - to understand where those mechanisms come from and make decisions from a holistic and conscious place.
