wow Laura , we dont know what to say than THANK YOU for your incredible support to our work. Greetings and be safe.
Very interesting location with the buried bunkers and the anti-aircraft installations. I am always surprised when you come across something like the paint can lid or the bottom of a wine bottle at these locations. Finding the minefield and the detonators was a great find by EE, he really is making a lot of contributions to history! Thank you both for taking us along once again! Great stuff! Stay safe and I hope you feel better soon HH!!
Yes Donald i do love the tiny details that are out there and in a way i think they do tell us more about the people and what took place there. EE is a true HistoryHunter for sure. Loved to share that with you and more to come :) Be safe my friend and thank you for your INCREDIBLE support !
Thank you and EE for another hidden gem . The more I see of the Atlantic wall the more I am amazed by it all, thanks to all your efforts. Thank you EE you truly have earned your name, how do you find all these great finds?
Our pleasure my friend and greetings from us :)

Love this place and you will enjoy part 2 for sure my friend. Greetings from us :)
Well done EE, GREAT OBSERVATION,👏👏👏👍🏻👍🏻🇬🇧🇬🇧
Appreciated Anthony and more to come :)
I am always amazed at the immense construction the Nazi corps of engineers were able to accomplish. One would think years had to be taken but I suppose that with forced labor it took only months. Thank you for your continued work and I hope that Eagle eyes will continue to be so involved.. maybe he will someday be a WW2 archeologist with a passion for keeping this history alive. Your a great father.
Thank you Eric for that and greetings from us.
So interesting to see all that. Thanks for sharing with us. S mine detonator and minefield extra bonus.
Indeed and thanks for watching.
Thank you and EE for another fascinating video. It would be interesting to know what the spy's grandson was told about this site and the type of radar equipment which it contained. Was it dismantled before the end of the WW2 and taken to Germany? If the Nazis had been aware of the importance of the Chain Home radar stations on the south coast of England and their links to RAF Fighter Command, then the Battle of Britain might have been different! Looking forward to part two!
Rumor has it that the Germans either dismantled it and buried it or just buried it after blasting it. Loved this place and ore to come my friend :)
Great Video 💙
Thanks 😁
Great video 👍
Thanks 👍
Always amazed by what you and EE find. You must have access to lots of old records to find all these places.
We do tons of research yes and more to come my friend :)

Great work again, father and son 👏🏻👏🏻
Thank you so much 😀
In the mid 80's I was working part time in a motorcycle shop. One of our customers was an older German immigrant who was a WW2 veteran. His job during WW2 was delivering mail and parts to a ring of Luftwaffe Radar stations in France. He delivered his parts and mail with a BMW motorcycle with a side car. He was in his 70's and still rode around on a Lambretta scooter.
How cool to read and thanks for being here my friend :)
Great find great adventure great video thanks for having us along with you and EE

Hi EE. This is for you. You did an awesome job finding the hidden Panzer Turret Bunker. Not many would find it EE. Your Dad is so very fortunate to have you on his team. I think you are right EE, when there is a froggy in the area, it usually means there is water somewhere close. Take care EE. xo
Wow i will let EE know that and he will use that on a future explore tour i think. Thanks so much Laura :)
An amazing place! You and Eagle Eyes are truly real history hunters! Another great video!
Thank you very much!

No problem 👍 and all our pleasure my friend :)
fantastic finds , as always mega intresting
Thank you nick and more to come soon :)
What an interesting German WW2 site. 1st anti-aircraft position was well hidden . I too wonder if the Germans buried alot of those defensive positions before or after war. EE way to go, that PT bunker was well concealed. Thanks for taking us in the Regelbau 622. ST 409 was a monster bunker. Right you are HH. Roy does such realistic work in replicating WW2 artifacts, the S-mine and detonator was amazing. Interested in P2 and more about the mine field paths EE discovered. I hope that your throat infection has since cleared up and you are feeling much better. Stay safe you two.
At this place i think that the Germans had much more then history shows us in research material etc. We will dig into this place more for sure and thanks for being here Laura.
When I was a kid, I grew up in Hanau, AM and there were many bunkers behind the Pioneer Kaserne and also an area of small ponds which I later found out were the residual bomb craters from a B-17. Also near Klein Aurach was a part of Hanau which was levelled with only the outline of the houses foundations and streets. Some basements had been opened but cleaned out.
Thanks and greetings from us.
Well done mate. EE very nice job finding the vent pipe. Interesting on the new radar system. I am wondering if building of the complex fell under Gen Kammler's purview. Need a chord with a clip that can be hooked to a flashlight to lower down the vent pipes and light up further down. As always this is a great video and now, I can wait for the next one. Take care get well and both of you be safe out there.
Very interesting place that is and i know you will like part 2 William. We shall return here later for sure. Thanks and greetings from us.
Thank you!
You're welcome!
Thank you for the awesome history and background you bring to the locations. We'll done EE on your super spotting of detail! ❤️
All our pleasure Beverley and thanks for your great support :)
Another incredible site. Looking forward to seeing what else is to come. Y’all stay safe. Keep up the good work Eagle Eyes!!
Thank you! Will do!
HH and EE truly amazing Discovery's in today's video. The remarkable condition of the bunkers some still have the camouflage paint at the entrance plus very little graffiti which is always good to see. I am looking forward to seeing part 2.
Glad you enjoyed it and thanks again for being here :)
Good video thanks.
Thanks for watching.
What a place with many secrets but nothing hiding from ee can not wait for part 2
So true and EE is a trooper out there David. Thanks.
Many Interesting finds soo cool and I really like seeing all the bunkers you n Elis find so amazing
Thank you William :)

Wow such a cool place and I learned something new about the colors and the listening system
There you go and thanks for being here with us.
Enjoyed watching very interesting.
Very glad for that and thanks :)
Great video 😊.
Thanks Steven :)
Super interesting site.
Great job
Thank you Thomas :)
Crazy how war history buffs keep on keeping on
Thanks for watching.
Can't believe how much over grown it is Can't believe that you guys were able to find find it love that it's the bunkers still some have some camouflage paint and some interesting equipment that was there. I can see why the Germans hidden it so well. Puls it is amazing how the holes were still there from the mines that were there. Can't wait for the next video. Great video and awesome place.
yes very overgrown that place is and love to find that. Thanks Jacob :)
Your programmes are brilliant
That is appreciated and greetings from us :)
Wish I was there..... thanks for the great tour of such an interesting place. Wonder what it was like when it was fully manned and busy.... stay safe you pair 🏴
Great place and thanks Ian.
I am sorry my friend, I have been deployed for a few days, so now playing catch up. What a fantastic site you have found there, and EE living up to his name, finding so great hidden secrets. I will now start watching some of the other video you posted whilst I was away. Thanks my friends, stay safe and well.
No worries my friend it is all good. We hope you had a safe deployment and thank you for being here with us :) Greetings and more to come soon :)
you guys are very good at finding those historical locations hard to believe a lot of those were untouched and still some historical artifacts left inside
We do work hard to find them all yes and tanks for watching.
Another great video! Hope you and Eagle Eyes get well soon...
Thank you!
Fantastic area, you did great finding all that you did given how overgrown the area is now. Some great research by EE to locate the minefield area and then to find some old fuses after that!!
Yes everything is just buried there and so much more to find i think. Thanks and greetings from us :)
Not many people would be comfortable handling 80+ year old detonators, safety in place or not. Those things can easily blow your fingers off...
@@dingdong2103 As far as I am aware, the 'fuse' for an S-Mine is predominantly mechanical and has a percussion cap at its base, so if fired is more of a flame than a detonator. The actual detonators were inside the mine body.
@@three-phase562 Oh ok. Thanks for the info.
Great bit of history hunting ,I'm playing catch up as have not been able to watch ,so glad I'm back and looking forward to watching and learning from HH&EE
Welcome back Doug , so nice of you to be here with us. Greatly appreciated and we send a greetings from us.
@WW2HISTORYHUNTER,
The RAL 7030 Steingrau is as you know Stone Grey
It is part of the “classic RAL colours”
Looking at that lid and it not being decomposed; I’m suggesting post war.
However as it’s aluminium tin lid and the floor is dry anything is possible but one suggests that ww2 paint tins would not be aluminium as that would only be used on aircraft
Good find
Thanks for feedback and for watching.
Fantastic.
Many thanks!
Well done, the history hunter duo.
Thanks for that my friend :)
Very interesting video on this location, apparently built around a radar station. But please be damm careful with mines because they are very unstable if they are not badly rotten!! Looking forward forward to see the 2nd part! Good job again as always 👍👍👍
Thanks for watching my friend :)
Top job guys
Thanks you for that :)
Great adventure together again and get well
Indeed and thanks Chris :)
Good afternoon from Syracuse NY USA brother and family
Morning Earl and so glad to see you here with us :) Thanks and greetings from us.
Just fascinating area! Enjoyed the walk, scenery there. To find those aa areas and that listening device area was awesome! Loved how those bunkers were still pristine after all these years and the bottom of the wine bottle too!!! And congrats to EE on locating those mine areas. Such a great observation and knowledge from the young man. WTG EE!!!! I can see you taking the lead on this channel in the future with all the knowledge you are learning; what your dad is teaching is you. Wonderful. Can't wait to see the 2nd part of this too. As always, will be waiting for the next adventure(the ding to let me know you have a new video out). Drink some nice hot tea with lemon/honey for your throat dear. Get well soon. Thanks again and stay well/safe
Yes Colleen , what a great place to study and learn from. EE is going wild out there and i love it. Part 2 coming soon and thanks so much for being here my friend :)
Danke!
Your kindness is greatly appreciated my friend and greetings from us :)
Feel better soon HH!!!
All is better now and thanks :)
Very rare site to see the ST bunkers and in such good condition away from the 'untermensch' grafitti vandals FANTASTIC
Yes loved that place. Thanks.
Good video
Thanks for the visit
good show!
Glad you think so!
Just an idea, when you where looking down the pipe, you notice something down there. Have you thought of getting one of those super magnet,so you could use it for pipes and when you goto rivers, lakes where ww2 activity is know. Loving the channel, thank you for sharing your history journey's. Keep up the great work.
We do have that but didnt bring any that day. Thanks.
@@WW2HistoryHunter excellent nice one.
What a fantastic location, it's great seeing places that the graffiti yobs haven't found. It amazes me that things like the bottle bottom etc are still lying around after all the years. Very interesting find with the minefields, great detective work Eagle Eyes 👏 Thank you for showing us around HistoryHunter 👍🏻
Glad you enjoyed it Colin and i agree such a surprise to see things like that still in there. More to come and greetings from us.
nice location over there
It sure is
Superb video and adventure you two. Is it possible the radar was somewhat mobile? The picture you showed us it appears the building and the actual radar unit were so connected and small enough that the 2 units could be portable. With all the defence in flack positions ( which are static - not moveable) and if the radar units were somewhat portable the units could be moved so the Allies would have a problem actually zeroing in on the radar and the flack positions being static could not reveal the radar easily. I suspect I'm Blue Skying (perhaps thinking too deep and beyond reality) Repeating myself I really enjoyed this adventure and I'm anticipating the next one ( part2 ) but until then the two of you be careful, safe and stay healthy.
Well there is a rumor of the Germans wanting to blast the radar but didnt and rather buried it in the sand dunes. Would be interesting to look around a bit more. Thanks so much Ted for your great support and hope all is well :)
Thank you for the detailed response my friend I was blue skying as you response shows me. And it confirms you research is TOP NOTCH .@@WW2HistoryHunter
EE definitely lives up to the name.
Indeed he does and thanks my friend :)
I'd like to wish everyone a happy and safe Thanksgiving, remember it's not what we don't have but what we do have to be thankful for, we may not have the best, but it's ours, we have friends and family, HH, EE and BBG, I'm very honored to be associated with you all.
Very well said William and so true. Thanks my friend and we wish everybody a great Thanksgiving :)
Wow very cool guys hello from Alaska USA
Thanks Michael and greetings to Alaska :)
That is one amazing place looks like they left yesterday but took everything!!! Perhaps the Allies took it as it was new or maybe the scrap man. No metal detecting? Private land?
It sure does and some of the history here is a true mystery. Thanks for watching.
Bottles with the bases still intact could be cut down into glasses.
ok and thanks for watching :)
Another incredible location! For 80-ish years old, those bunkers are in really decent shape and surprisingly dry! Brilliante Anayse auf dem Minenfeld, Adleraugen!! Do you think this radar location, with it's proximity to the shore was a ground/sea radar or arieal radar? Besser fühlen!
We think it was sea radar but not 100 % sure. Thanks for being here :)
Another great adventure! With EE hunting them , they have no chance of hiding. Good job guys ! Take care of yourself
We will never surrender and find them all :)
So great to see these untouched pieces of history. The bunkers were in really nice condition considering their location. You said there were three radar installations there. I wonder when you came to the cross road and you went straight to the first radar installation, do you think is you had of gone left or right it would have taken you to one of the other installations? I believe Eagle Eyes finds more features because he is continually exploring all over the location. I remember when you found the s mine detonator wrapped in the oily paper. It still looks brand new. You’ve had over 41,000 views of this video but only a little over 2000 likes. That’s crazy. Evidently most aren’t watching the videos in full. They have no idea what they are missing. My only complaint is that when I rewatch these videos I can’t give you another thumbs up.
Yes there are more radars there but not easy to find actually as area is so large. E is totally finding more as he is so quick and has really Eagle Eyes that spots things so well. Thanks Anthony.
S- mines were called bounce Bettys
Indeed and thanks Earl :)
I'm a history buff and I love history
That is absolutely incredible that EE found one of the perimeter mine fields. The fact that those holes are still there after this long, is just amazing. And to find those S Mine detonators too. Awesome work Team! Just awesome! So impressed. It's obvious that this area has had little human intervention since the end of the war, when the minefields were de-mined, and the bunkers stripped out, but that's the way we like it. That paint can lid for RAL 7030 Stone Grey was curious. It looked Post-War, so perhaps someone wanted to preserve or use the bunker for something. Who knows. Looking forward to Part 2 and seeing what amazing things you found> Thank you for sharing this amazing place. Cheers to you all! Stay Safe!
Yes i agree very interesting to see those holes still there and we walked right on top of them. Mystery that little lid there i think. Thanks and more to come Peter :)
You may need to change Eagle Eyes name to Blood hound lol. Put him on the trail of history and he finds it. I personally don’t think the Germans used the paint. If you look at the shutter it’s a pretty messy job. I don’t think the Germans would allow or do that. Really great you are able to explore this area that has not been ravaged by curiosity hunters. The radar structure was unusual looking. Love seeing the history you bring to all of us.
You could be right and i wonder why it was painted and when. Great place to explore and will for sure return later Anthony. Part 2 coming soon :)
Beautiful countryside
Great place and thanks :)
Nice tour. I am following you from Iraq good greeting
Thank you my friend :)
