Nice job. I've not seen anyone use the razor blade 'by hand' to do the final sizing (if that's the correct terminology). I use a razor blade like that but it's in a utility knife. I'm going to have to try your procedure for final tip prep. I've been leary of re-tipping carbon fiber shafts (just because of the final prep work). Nice video - thank you.

That's a really good install. I play with that exact tip on my cue but always have to install by hand, no lathe, i do a good job but i really enjoy watching your ibstall videos. Good work!!

@@arsbilliards I build, repair, modify, and maintain cues. Just product on hand to maintain cost a small fortune. Good work by the way. Those tips look great.

Tiger tips are a great quality American made tip. They play amazing and have different harnesses for different types of players

Why to much water used. That’s why the tip looks swollen and frying. The tip should never get wet. Water is only used to remove any dust. Learn how to burnish the right way. Beeswax and real leather.

No water was used in this install. It was liquid burnish on a paper towel. I finish every cue with a beeswax compound.
