Sir for ur information AM/NS formely known as essar steel having 4 DC eaf capacity 150 ton and 4 Conarc 200 ton capacity each. So it is baseless to say EAF route steelmaking plant have low capacity.

Fixed overhead of Sail especially inform of salaries and wages is the highest among the steel producing companies in India.
Secondly as they have invested heavily in technology will they offer VRS as because without that reasonable pfofitibility will always be an issue.
Huge debt is riding sail and the reduction plan discussed, is not encouraging.
Secondly is there any plan by the Govt to reduce its stake in Sail?
Kindly advise.
They have introduced vrs scheme 8-9 years back😁

The VRS scheme seems to be not attractive and not working as the worker union is constantly raising voices against the managment for not adressing pending wages issue.Only after the recent interview of the the new CEO Mrs Mandal did the sail managment have issued official statement for looking into the details of their greievances.The fixed cost of producing per quintal of steel of SAIL is the highest among the other steel producing companies in India and this will always act as the debacle sword hanging.

SAIL ebdita 7500/ton TATA Steel ebdita 25000/ton....SAIL assets are superior than TATA ....think what they can done with it if SAIL is sold to TATA
Interview marksans management if you can, you will be the first one on internet to balance the mispricing

speak to suppliers of SAIL....its easy to do fraud with them...by bribing
