I use sell Vada Pav then I started with Pav Bhaji etc. What I learnt is you should respect customers. Luckily, one of my customer was curious how I was able to speak such good English with corporate folks. And he offered me a job 🙏. But there is no fixed working time in business. But I missed that adernial rush of running the business!!

This will definitely help you. Now your margin profit would be around 2000 to 3000 excluding all expenses. This could be more or less depending upon nature of business band captial you invested plus amount of time you have dedicated to business. And trust me, it was not fun at all. You have lot of things to face when you're running stall on streets. You have to mentally prepare for that.

I remember this, it was called Chana Jor Garam. Earlier it was available everywhere in Varanasi, but it is getting lost between momos and fastfood shop. This is again a healthier alternative of snack. Kudos to this shopkeeper for keeping it alive
