The amount of times I visited Dover Castle every year on holiday 10 years ago but I did like the tunnels the most

I was lucky enough to visit Dover castle 5 years ago. We visited the ww2 war tunnels and the main center of the castle. What stood out to me was how small and unstatley the thrown and dinning hall was. You expect large royal flair from tv but compared to today's standards their surroundings are quite normal. It was amazing to see something over 800 years old and the midevil doors and decor were awesome.

Nice video, I was expecting Deal Castle for The A=Z (D) , as Henry VIII was responsible for the design and construction, fascinating information, though Dover's great towers brick vaulted ceilings were inserted 18th century.

Very well made video and well narrated. However, how nice would it have been had we got a chance to see the inside chambers of the castle where the Plantagenets and the Tudors had actually walked, sat and slept . Thanks anyway for the wonderful information .
