- Peter Gabriel kicked off his i/o European tour art Tauron Arena Kraków, on Thursday 18th May 2023. PG played songs from his new album, along with old favourites such as Solsbury Hill, Don’t Give up, Red Rain, Sledgehammer, Biko and more.
As a huge fan, I was at the show and took some video whilst enjoying his amazing performance. Some of the quality isn’t so great, I was there as a fan, and filming wasn’t a priority. I think this short collection captures the performance, stage show and includes longer versions of Don’t Give Up and Biko.

I missed the concert in Austin Texas in 2023 and I regretted!!
But the good thing is I saw 👀 them in the eighties in Oakland California and all the videos on MTV.
I was there and will never forget - simply awesome thank you Peter!

I'm sorry but it was thinking the exact opposite. It's obvious he has vocal issues, his voice sounds strained and he's struggling to get the tones reasonably decent. This is no disrespect since i've been a big fan for decades.

We flew in from Kuala Lumpur to see PG live. The Tauron Arena is just an amazing venue. It did justice to the sound and visual effects plus Manu's impeccable drumming.
I am astounded, amazed, and inspired by Peter's ability to raise people to their feet in joy, love, zest and completely feeling his connection from head to toe. GENIUS & HIS BAND IS TOP NOTCH MUSICIANS🎉❤❤❤

Yes! Tony does look exactly as he did fourth years ago, Peter has my heart. He sound amazing, I’m going in September with my dear daughter and her mate!!!! So so excited. He is a genius.

I have been a fan of Peter Gabriel and Genesis since the early days. The best concert I ever attended was Peter Gabriel's Secret World Tour, which I saw two days in a row in Dortmund, Germany. The first day, I was seated way up high, like a bird's-eye view, and the second day, I was in the standing area near the stage, quite close. Both experiences were simply fantastic. The highlight of the concert was "Biko," performed at the end. The audience practically sang the entire song on their own-it was an incredible experience. Peter Gabriel's music and his live performances are truly exceptional. Anyone who has the opportunity to attend his concerts should definitely do so :)

Also, practice makes perfect no matter of age. Most of audience will probably be mostly 50 - 80 year old range.

Looks like a far more subdued stage setup for Pete-which is perfectly fine by me. As others have already noted, he sounds absolutely fantastic.
It was a pretty fluid stage with loads of moving elements. Video has over taken the industry and his scenes were pretty awesome. Go see him if he is near!

What an amazing array of songs PG has such a distinctive voice that remains timeless and strong. His band absolutely complement his deliveries. I hope he comes to Melbourne soon

WHIS I COULD SEE ANOTHER GABRIEL SHOW LIVE AND SO I APPRECIATE THIS ONE DESPITE THE EDITING... I CAN NO LONGER AFFORD CONCERTS, BUT I SAW ALL THE GOOD BANDS IN MY DAY! A BIT OVER 100 CONCERTS... MANY WERE MIND-BLOWING!

@JimmerJamesKM I think it is possible to be both political, progressive rock, and English at the same time. A person can be proud of their heritage without being racist or nationalistic.
The Battle by The Strawbs is a good example of an anti-war song that is rooted in medieval history without being preachy and still rooted in being British, English folk rock, and progressive rock.
Peter Gabriel failed here on all 3 counts by equating English culture with oppression in one broad stroke as he ditched his English heritage.
A person can be proud of their heritage without being racist or nationalistic. Dave Cousins of the Strawbs proved him wrong with the song The Battle.

Yes...that was my thought too. The audience was quiet. Looks like alot of people there. Perhaps it's just the recording. I know I'll be singing &,clapping loud and clear when they are here in Vancouver. Could it just be the culture?

I'm a huge fan and have been since 1971. Two minor complaints though. Firstly, by over thinking the New moon release of tracks, the joy of listening to a new album is ruined. Secondly, I really don't like the perversely low key way Peter chooses to begin his concerts in recent times (last 20yrs!!)- I much prefer the big, exciting show opener! On the other hand, the genius that is PG has earned the right to do whatever the hell he likes!
