The stall!! We’ve all been there. It’s always nerve racking.
I stalled test driving one off the lot. And on an incline with traffic behind in the test drive going from a mopar clutch to Subaru ahhahahahha the guy hit me with “want me to do it” 🫠🫠🫠🫠
Gave me flashbacks to when I stalled in front of three 18-wheelers right after driving my STI of the lot. They all honked at me but I imagine it was a tease honk, not a hurry honk.

Subaru needs to develop a Lasek edition, just because of the love that your whole family has for their vehicles.
Pro Tip: EJ25D powered Legacy and Foresters use the same pedal assembly as the GC. I installed a '97 Outback pedal assembly in my '95 Impreza. Perfect fit.

That first drive reminded me of my first manual drive….. my grandma’s 1962 Chevy truck, 4 on the floor. I was 11 years old in 1982 driving that thing around her farm in Texas. 😂

Gretta isn't too bad. Have they tried Dirty candy, Rivel Sons, or The Darkness? All kinda similar bands. Love the manual swap. When I did my STi swap over, I did it in the driveway on stands by myself. I'm definitely gonna want a lift and a friend if I were to do it again. And for all that effort, I might just have to do a 6-speed. Although that's totally overkill in this case. Great job everyone! cheers

Hard shifting when cold becoming normal after warmup. I’ll drive from Rancho Cucamonga tonight to relieve you of the Impreza transmission. Let me know if that’s okay with your schedule.
