Simple plate carrier build

In this project video we cover how to sew together a simple plate carrier that can handle 10"x12" sapi plates that are up to 1.5" in thick. Improvements will be made in future builds, however this functions great for a first try! Now moving forward we have a great reference for how plates look and feel in carriers.
