Very well made point at the end. I agree that they are protecting two products by not innovating to their full potential. They most likely will get there, the iBook Pro. But not until one or the other products becomes obsolete so maybe another 5-7 years before Apple is forced to innovate to keep up with consumer demands.

Taking photos with an iPad is very grandpa vibe, but it’s actually fantastic for those who work in the field, surveyors, construction administrators, etc. to be able to take photos on the device they are taking notes or making comments on
Particularly with LIDAR. Helps so much in documenting field works
I do real estate in NY and almost every home inspector/contractor uses them to take photos and notes while on the fly. Such a productivity focused machine

Exactly the reason I can find myself using the camera. Taking photos instead of taking notes (and with LiDAR, also record the length), rather than to shoot travel photos on.
I am unsure why Marques refuses to believe there are professionals who use those cameras. He's a guy who makes videos, so he should be aware that filmmakers use ipads on set to set up frames and do rehearsals before they bring in the heavy cameras.

Yup, I agree too that the 11 inch form factor is my preference over the 12.9 inch which is too unwieldy for things like ebook reading
I love my M1 Pro 11 Inch, I tried several Keyboard Folios and for me as expensive as it is the Magic Keyboard completes it and after using it with it I would pay a extra $100 if I had to for it

Good review and your last observations at the last few minutes of video, for me was spot on. Apple knows that if they gave the iPad Pro software that it should have….would crush its other devices!!! Which is a shame, all they need to do….is pair down those other devices based on sales and then up the production of the iPad Pro with upgraded software for Final Cut Pro and others….and in the long run….everything would balance out…just my thoughts. Makes no sense to me, casturate one product….in fear of another….its stupid. anyways…thanks for the review….

My 2018 11’ iPad Pro is my only “computer” since i got It in early 2019(aside from my company laptop that i only use for work). The battery has seen better days but other than that its still great. For my use its enough.
