GO NAVY!! (Retired Army here lol). Great to see a GI doing well and loved how you said learned a little bit in school, a lot on the job.
The Rouladen look a bit small, but this is the most authentic I have ever seen outside of Germany/Austria/Switzerland. Also the Spätzle and the Rotkohl. I think I also saw apples in there, which would be authentic, but it wasn't said. So maybe I saw it wrong. I am very surprised. If it tastes like it looks I would say this is a gem!
