when Winry comes to central and she calls for Armstrong , at exactly 06:21 we see some people behind her. you guys won't recognize them but the audience, whoever watched the show will. i don't want to say anymore. just look forward to future episodes.
this episode was pretty emotional but the original version of this episode was more sad than brotherhood especially when Al confronts Ed about him being a fake
I mean.. cause it dragged it out. Brotherhood knew this was not worth dragging out so they summed it up very quickly and moved on.. which imo is a lot better.

This little miscommunication arc has always been my least favorite part. The boys are consistently so incredibly in sync with each other that they don’t have to talk about a lot of things, so seeing it backfire in this way hurts. At least we still had plenty of funny moments this ep. And got to see more of the Hughes family! 🙃
Hard to see why, considering the point you're making, why that makes it your least favorite. Seeing it backfire shows why their relationship is flawed, and from this point, they tend to be a lot more vocal about what's going on internally. It's extremely valuable, and what makes this episode one of my favorites.
One of the points here is that Edward is always very selfish about taking responsibility for everything that happened, to the point that Alphonse is too gentle to confront his brother about it. So despite being in sync, they ignore this elephant in the room. This episode is the second (the first was after the battle against Scar) where Alphonse has the opportunity to break through Edward's selfishness (and there are more episodes on this as you probably already know), motivated by Winry's account of the extreme guilt that Edward carries for leaving his brother in that state (which supports the argument that Ed really did not artificially create Alphonse).

Sometimes it's hard to watch a good story, especially if it hits a little too close to home or just makes you sad. In any case, "least favorite" is totally subjective, so it makes sense to me even though I don't agree for myself.

I mean I wouldn’t call it an “arc” by any means… it doesn’t even last a full episode before behind resolved. (Thank god)
