My NEW 2016 R1200GS Adventure

- Here I am taking my 2012 BMW F800GS Trophy Edition up to Atlantic Motoplex in Dieppe, New Brunswick to trade her in on a new 2016 R1200GS Adventure. I loved my 800 but upgraded to a more comfortable R1200GS for me and my beautiful girlfriend to explore this wonderful country we live in. couldn't help but smile when i saw my baby back...the bike that is ;)...riding gs for almost 30 years now...from here to china...no matter when, even ice and snow wont' hold it back...it's always gonna be by your side...have fun!

It was equiped with those tyres from factory or it was your option? Becouse I have Michelin Anakee 2 from factory.
I had the Hiedenau K60 Scouts installed when I bought the bike. I had great luck with them on my F800GS, but find the front tire awful noisy around 80-100 km/h. (50-60mph)

They are stock BMW panniers.
What tires are you running?
Those look like Heidenau K60 Scouts. They're good 50/50 bias-ply tires. I had a set on my GSA for a trip from Washington to Alaska in 2015 and got pretty good wear from them. Just be careful on wet pavement since the rear tire can hydroplane at over ~60mph/100kmh.
Yes Donald Moe is correct. They are the Heidenau K60 Scouts. I ran them on my F800GS with great results.
Hi Donald. Did you find the Hiedenau front tire noisy on your GSA? I had mine put on when I bought the bike, but the front tire makes a awful howl at between 80 and 100km/h.(50-60mph) It's so noisy that I would not put another one on my R1200GS. Thanks for watching!
