Learn how to make a rinse off body conditioner. This is a simple project with an easy recipe!
**You do not have to follow my recipe exactly or even close to get great results**
RECIPE: 150 grams whipped soap base, 200 grams butter (I used shea butter), 100 grams raw expeller pressed coconut oil, 40 grams fragrance oil, 20 grams vanilla stabilizer, 2 grams preservative.
For a fluid consistency, use more, or all, carrier oil (you can also use a liquid surfactant). For a firmer mixture (using this recipe)- melt butter/oil, freeze it, thaw it, then whip it with the whipped soap base. If you want it even firmer, add only brittle butter for the emollient.
**This product is very susceptible to oxidizing and changing colors. I added half the amount of vanilla stabilizer to fragrance oil, but I recommend adding equal amounts of each OR do NOT use a fragrance with vanilla.** UPDATE: My conditioner is turning darker because of this. The first batch I didn't add any stabilizer & the next day the conditioner was almost black!
DIRECTIONS: Melt butter. Add coconut oil and mix until it's completely dissolved. Add fragrance. Cool mixture to about 65 degrees Fahrenheit. Whip soap base and add the butter mixture, little by little, whipping after each addition. Add preservative. Package conditioner. Should last 6 months.

It wasn't slippery for me but anytime you use a conditioning item or something that contains oil/butter, you should be careful

Yes you can but it won't whip as good
everyone know that temu is great, BUT always read read read descritions. they use a lot of pictures that are pretty much an amazon pic. but it is not the same. i got my order today, and :( i got shoe laces that only go thru 3 of 6 holes. TOO short. not useable. i also got 2 soap molds. one looks like 12 small hershey bar pieces. just like amazon, BUT temus is like 1/10th of an inch deep??? how can i make wax melts with that. it will seem like u r getting a killer deal and sometimes you are, BUT not always,. read the description hard especially the sizes! honestly i thought i was paying attention, and i made many mistakes just on this order. :(

they are great, but you are right. the size thing, have to pay attention to that. i noticed that a lot with animal items. like dog sweaters. the ad will say large, but when u look at the specs it is like for a 40 pound dog. a 40 pound dog is medium. def not large. also a lot of things are listed in cm not inches. so u have to be careful. again i have also gotten tons of wonderful things from temu. just have to pay attention.@@CreativeBathLab
