Hey mama - You won't believe this! Ok, so I witnessed it and I still can't believe it!! This recipe actually WORKED!! Can you believe that?? I just made 3 gorgeous bombs - and they all stuck together and look beautiful! (Light pink with some Cotton Candy glitter - thanks Fizz Fairy!) I am so proud of myself - and have you to thank for my success. THANK YOU!! ❤❤ These are for a customer and I'm stoked I didn't spend all day trying to make bombs only to have issues with them. No issues with these - this recipe must be in the Bath Bomb Hall of Fame or Ripley's Believe It or Not. No lie. This recipe is da bomb!! I'm so glad I tried it - and am beyond grateful that you posted such an easy formulation that actually works!! Yahoo! I just had to let you know. And the ones I made were CBD bombs - and they came out beautifully! Thank you, thank you, thank you!! I no longer dread or fear making bombs, thanks to Dora the Diva. You're the best, lady!! ,❤❤❤
I tried this and for some reason I can't get them to stick together and when I do they crumble when I'm placing them on my paper to dry they just fall apart am I doing something wrong? My bath bomb molds have the lip like your holder molds do. Do those work for this? Or do I need a mold that looks like yours?
Hello Dora, I made this recipe and there drying now let’s see what happens lol, im new in making bath bombs. 2 questions you didn’t use any oils why?, and where can I buy the pipettes you used, thank you so much for sharing our Queen Lady
Another home run Dora! I am always amazed when someone spends so much of their time, energy and resources and then just freely and happily shares it with others... what a beautiful, kind and generous thing! I hope you know how much we all appreciate you and I really can't thank you for all the help and inspiration you've given me! Can't wait to try these bath bombs and can't wait for the highly scented recipe!
Dora, your recipe is fantastic - these were rock hard right out of the molds! The tester had nice spinning and foaming action, too. Using your exact recipe, I did convert everything to grams since that's my preference for measuring; I also quadrupled it, which made exactly 10 bbs in my #3 sphere mold. Here it is in case anyone else wants to measure by weight: 890g bicarb 432g citric acid 124g cornstarch 20g SLSa 32ml FO 24ml PS80 20ml water 1 T mica This has renewed my enthusiasm for making these after having a lot of other failed batches. Thank you 💝
yea, weight measurements are much safer and more accurate to work with. thank you. did you calculate the density of each item or measure it yourself with a scale?
I'm not gonna lie, I was a little skeptical about the hardness of the bathbombs since I've literally purchased recipes that failed. You're definitely my hero!!!!❤ Thank you so so much for sharing this! The bathbombs I made with your recipe SOLID!
❤❤❤I mean this is amazing! You have single-handedly convinced me I can do this. Following this recipe I’ve made about 20 batches and haven’t had a single failure because your instruction is so amazing! Thank you!
Thank you so much, my boys love bath bombs but I can't afford to keep buying them... Shrinkflation and all so this is saving me a tonne of money as well as getting them involved in some good clean fun.
Thanks Dora! Great video set with sooo much helpful information! Don’t you ever stop?! Or sleep?! We love your wonderful ideas and glitter everywhere. Don’t stop being obsessed with bath bombs or a colorful imagination. -Momo
Thanks Momo! No, I don't ever stop, but yes- I sleep! I'm pleasant on screen & in videos no doubt, but wake me up before I'm ready to get up & you will see a very different side of me! lol
Thank you so much for this Dora! I live in Arkansas and in the summertime making bath bombs can be brutal. I love that these are rock hard and no cream of tartar. It is so expensive right now. What a game changer and I can't wait to try these, Mine will come out rock hard but, sometimes the middles will still be soft, but I used isopropyl alcohol and I think that may be why my bombs sometimes say a bit softer in the middle. Not sure just a hunch. Thanks sweetie, You are the best on the net when it comes to bath products. I enjoy your videos so much. Thank you for all that you do. Hugs sweet friend.

Thank you so much for all your info. It’s all in the detail. So many tips. What should the humidity be? It’s so dry here (26) in Africa! Liquid is at 5.4% and mix is working.
Wow, so impressive...Why did I found you now ? I gave up with bath bombs actually..I thought I couldn't make hard one without the pressure machine! What is the key?the SLsa something like that? And probably I shouldn't use epsom salt, should I ? Thank you so much! I will come back to watch other videos, too!
I am going to add my thank you, Dora. I can’t wait for another of your videos to come out so I can learn how to better make bath bombs. Your recipes do work…when I follow the recipe to a T. I’d love to see you make a shower bomb/melt.

Great job...I’ll have to try your recipe. Pretty similar to what I formulated except I still use Poly 80 & liquid measurements vary slightly 😊.
I just made some bathbombs using this recipe and they turned out great! However, what brand of fragrance do you use? Mine smelled so good while making them, but had zero smell once they reached the water, so I’m thinking I don’t have a good quality fragrance. Thanks for the great video 😊
I use FD&C colorants. I would assume just add it to the wet and blend as usual! I make huge batches with a stand mixer. I'll give this a try and let you know if it works! Jill

Hello I’ve tried your hard bathbomb recipe and it’s awesome but I think I’m doing something wrong because mine aren’t hard also I need to make a large batch right so for the fragrance, poly & water it’s 8,6 & 5 ml right so if I want to do this x8 it should be 64,48 & 40 ml right is my math correct please help me. Thank you
Thank you sooo much for sharing your recipe!! You are really inspiring!! May I ask you a question? Where did you find your mold? It seems so much better than the stainless steel ones available everywhere that who became bumpy when we gently tap with a spoon on them? I cannot find something sturdy anywhere. Please help me to fix my problem!! Thank you in advance, you are the best!!
Can you add Epsom salt to this recipe? If so, do the liquid ingredients need to change quantities? Or do you have a different recipe in a different video with Epsom Salt in Bath bombs?

I love your videos because you’re so informative and everything is so helpful. But I’m so frustrated that I can’t get these right. I’ve added only until my mixture holds together when squeezed. They mold beautifully. But when I check them at 24 hours they’re still soft that when I gently tap them and it leaves a small indentation. I left them for 12 more hours and the same. I took one and put it in the sink and it sunk. My dehumidifier is set to 40%. The first batch was 60% and same result. I’m following the recipe exactly minus slsa because I just want to perfect a basic bomb first. Any suggestions are welcome and much appreciated
I've tried a few of your recipes but this is hands down my favorite! It's the most fool-proof recipe I've ever come across and will be my new go-to. Thank you so much! Quick question - I notice you use both mica and color power. Is there any particular reason or was it just to get a specific color you had in mind?
Hello Dora! Thank you for sharing your knowledge and experience with us . It's invaluable. Quick question. I live in Southern California and the humidity is normally below 25%. But I end up with powdery bombs. Do you have a suggestion? Also, if I were to add more slsa, what extra wet ingredient should I add ? Thanks again!
Hello Dora, I’m from mexico, sorry for my english, i have a question, the fragance is the same to escencial oil? Or its different? Thanks! I really love your videos!
Dora. Can you possibly make me a diy starter kit so I can make some of these with my daughter. If so let me know how much. I just found this after going on CZcams and typing how are bath bombs made cause my daughter wanted to know. Quite the celebrity.
@@CreativeBathLab well of course I’ll reimburse you or charge me for a profit. I really think it would be fun to do with her. She’s an artsy little girl and she loves bath bombs too. So she would probably enjoy making her own. Something for us to do together.

Hey there…. What an interesting idea! I’ll definitely consider it!
@@CreativeBathLab well of course I’ll reimburse you or charge me for a profit. I really think it would be fun to do with her. She’s an artsy little girl and she loves bath bombs too. So she would probably enjoy making her own. Something for us to do together.
Thanks!
