Design Perspective: Pentwater Yacht Club Rebuild

The typical wear and tear of the Michigan seasons and proximity to Lake Michigan took its toll on the original Pentwater Yacht Club over the past 80 plus years. It was time to rebuild. When it came to designing the new structure the architect, construction firm and yacht club members turned to products from AZEK & TimberTech to deliver the classic look of the original building. They delivered a beautiful, cottage-like exterior with building materials that would provide superior performance against the elements to endure beautifully.
