This stuff is amazing. Just ripped all the ‘smart trim’ off our house and replaced it with Azek. So nice to work with and in the long run more economical too. Boom.

Try Dawn Dish soap mixed with White Vinegar. Let it sit and scrub after 10 minutes and hose off. It worked on mine.

Can Azek be attached to masonry exterior wall?

I installed Azek around 24 windows in my tiny 1500 sq. ft. home (crazy right lol). I also added it along the top of the siding to overhang a slight bit to create my gap for my rain screen. The windowsills come cut from the factory (?) rough in a spot and collect dirt, its very unattractive. I don't plan on painting these because I don't want that added maintenance, especially since my windows are about 50 ft. up in the air (home built into a mountain ledge). I love the white color as it is and it says they don't need painted. I used the eraser to fill the holes which are to only be used if I don't plan on painting the trim.
How do I correct all these windowsills on the rough section of them? I have scrap pieces I've been playing with and I tried rubbing alch 91% and sanding and its still dirty. I tried sanding with 240grit that I had laying around that was alum oxide sanding pads. I even tried a little Ikea handheld sanding sponge. The areas get smooth but still dirty.
TLDR: What is the trick to getting the rough saw sections of the precut windowsills clean and to prevent them from collecting dirt unpainted. Thanks.
