International EMS parade in Czechia - Rallye Rejviz 2019 - 70+ emergency vehicles

WHAT IS RALLYE REJVIZ?
RR is an international EMS competition. Teams from (usually more than a dozen) different countries and (even more) different agencies compete against each other in various realistic scenarios. The goal is to compare and especially to learn from each other.
The whole event is not just a competition but also a learning experience and an absolutely great time for everyone. You're in a wonderful area with wonderful people, sharing the same great profession.
The winner of Rallye Rejvíz 2019 was Team USA from Florida :)
ABOUT THE VEHICLES IN THE VIDEO:
I've counted 73 actual emergency vehicles (ambulances, police cars, fire trucks, EMS cars) from 9 different countries (Estonia, Hungary, Poland, Czechia, Slovakia, Slovenia, Austria, Switzerland, Germany). Most of the vehicles are from different Czech Regions' EMS as well as private medical companies from Czechia.
Note that I did not count vehicles that only have a temporary magnetic beacon on top or a temporary dash light.
SOME HIGHLIGHTS:
- 1:09 The white Skoda is an unmarked police cruiser
- 1:19 Ambulance from Estonia
- 1:24 I've counted that Ford as an emergency vehicles since the lights appear to be permanently mounted to the vehicle. Red-blue lightbar btw (last year the lightbar was blue only)
- 1:36 & 11:05 VW Amarok ambulance. The Whelen M7 (some of the brightest emergency lights) were mounted utterly bad by the manufacturer Tamlans. Check out how bright they appear on the VW T5 box ambulance which becomes visible at 10:12
- 1:45 fire engine and a mountain rescue van
- 1:51 ASCR (Czech workers samaritan federation) Nissan SUV
- 2:08 interesting and nice grill lighting on that Meditrans Skoda Yeti
- 2:34 Is that team Canada? (lol)
- 2:40 Mercedes ML - note the slightly blue and red flashing flood light
- 2:54 ASCR Audi S8 with a wonderful Whelen red-blue (and white) Liberty II (Trio) as well as Whelen ION (Trio)

- 6:27 Typical Czech ambulance but I want to point out how bad that Federal Signal Vama Aurumn lightbar is: Take a close look at its visibility from the side angle... The whole central LED's are becoming invisible.
- 7:01 global assistance - private Prague based company, I don't think I've seen that kind of unit before
- 7:33 some car and a Bratislava Fire Department ambulance from Slovakia
- 7:53 fire engine with an air horn
- 10:06 Two more ambulances from Slovakia
- 10:14 Ambulance from Slovenia with 2-tone air horns (it also has a PA-300 siren), they could have been better mounted by the manufacturer though
- 10:22 Moravskoslezského kraje (Moravian-Silesian Region) EMS ambulance with an outstanding Whelen lighting (especially that "lightbar" of M7's)!
- 10:29 3 EMA (private) vehicles in a row - VW T5 as a former ambulance from Austria, the "high-long" Mercedes E-class ambulance is a former unit from the Netherlands and a former EMS car from Germany.

Wirklich ein tolles Video und richtig schöne Fahrzeuge, wie der Audi S8 :)
Btw.: Wohin ist denn dein heute Vormittag hochgeladenes Video betreffend Hänsch und APG verschwunden?

Danke und von dem S8 kommen sogar noch einige mehr Videos! :D War letztes Jahr mein Lieblingsfahrzeug dort und auch dieses Jahr wieder. Die haben bei dem auch die takedowns in dem Whelen Liberty II durch einfarbige blaue Module getauscht, um das Lauflicht (siehe 3:01) hinzubekommen. Geplant sind derzeit folgende Videos von dem: 1 siren demo, 1 Video der Lichter am Nachmittag/ frühen Abend, 1 Kolonnenfahrt am Tag der Abreise (jedoch 110 Kilometer entfernt) sowie eine Vorstellung des Fahrzeuges in einem eigenen Video :)
Das Video vom Vormittag hab ich vorübergehend auf privat gesetzt. Ich war mit der Gesichterzensierung durch den CZcams Editor nicht ganz zufrieden und nun klappt es absolut nicht wie ich will. Werde bei instagram demnächst mal das Vergleichsfoto aus dem Video hochladen. Links könnte ich auch so noch schicken, falls du da welche haben magst.
@@Rummeltobi na das sind doch super Aussichten in Sachen Videos :)
Dass die Zensierung der Gesichter über das CZcams Tool nicht so geklappt hat ist natürlich ärgerlich, aber zur Not kriegt man das mit einem entsprechenden Programm ja noch hin.
@@specialsignalsandmore Oh ja - insgesamt hatte ich in der 7-Tage-Tour CZ über 140 Videos zusammen bekommen. Dazu kommen noch gesonderte Vorstellungen. Aber auch zusätzliche zu meinem 10-Jahres-Jubiläum und weiteren Themen sind geplant :) Erstmal will ich aber eigentlich noch die vielen Videos der Rettmobil hochladen :D
Zu dem anderen Video: Grundsätzlich ist es schön, dass CZcams diverse Tools bietet. Nur ist so einiges davon über das neue Studio Beta noch in Testphasen. Ich glaub ich hab etwas zu viel rumgedrückt und rumprobiert.. Leider hat mein Programm (Magix) nicht so eine Funktion. Ggf. verschieb ich das einfach und lade es erneut in ein paar Wochen oder Monaten hoch wenn das Tool besser funktioniert, mal sehen. Hab mir da aber auch noch am Nachmittag überlegt, ob es die so sehr anpissen könnte, dass die auch anwaltlich dagegen vorgehen würden. Rechtlich will ich keine Angriffsfläche bieten, daher bereits das mit dem Gesicht rausnehmen von dem einen Mitarbeiter.
@@Rummeltobi das klingt ja nach reichlich Videomaterial so dass Du vermutlich über längere Zeit immer regelmäßig Videos veröffentlichen und nicht so bald neuer nachproduzieren musst ;)
Ich bin um ehrlich zu sein von der Beta-Version des neuen CZcams Studio nicht sehr begeistert und solange es noch die Möglichkeit gibt auf die alte Version umzuschalten und damit zu arbeiten mache ich das auch.
Richtig, rechtlich sollte man sich am besten immer auf der sicheren Seite bewegen und in keinerlei Hinsicht eine Angriffsfläche bieten.

Nice video! That Estonian ambulance is owned by a private company that offers public ambulance service by the governmental contract. It is built as ambulance by one local company that makes ambulances and other special builds- Silwi (there is other local ambulance manufacturer as well- Profile Estonia), the van itself is quite new as well, registered in the end of 2017. Are you also planning to visit Estonia someday?
Sorry for the delay.. CZcams didn't notify me about your comment and I just saw it. Thank you for the information :) Estonia definitely is an interesting place. I want to visit Estonia but I don't have any specific plans as of right now. I want to visit a lot of places but I would have to go for full time CZcams then :D Anyways a tour from Kaliningrad - Lithuania - Latvia - Estonia - St. Petersburg/ Russia - Finland would be great to be honest. I also find those Estonian Police Mercedes Vitos extremely interesting with the lights mounted all around the top :)

is there a route map for this parade?
The route is varying from year to year. I'm not sure if the organizers publish any images of the route for the next RR. They may also just write the locations in a single sentence like "Parade goes from xyz to xzy (via zyx)". I've contacted them ahead of my visit.

Schönes Video. Was mir fehlt ist n Fahrzeug mit einem Grover Horn, wie die schon schön in Polen verbreitet sind... wesentlich effektiver als die möchtegern Bullhörnern bei den meisten FF/ BF in Deutschland... Und hört sich mit Martinhorn sehr geil an..siehe DLK Tegernsee, FF Zeulenroda,...
Danke. Fehlt mir persönlich auch, aber ist das halt größtenteils nur Rettungsdienst. Manuelle Presslufthörner gibt es sowieso kaum auf irgendwelchen Europäischen Rettungswagen (manuell im Sinne von solchen wie Grover, 2-Ton/ Folgeton-Kompressorhörner sind 'ne andere Sache). Wobei ich die liebend gern auf Rettungswagen sehen würde. Im Zweifelsfall (wenn es finanziell oder Verbauungstechnisch heißt 'entweder oder') würde ich ein richtiges Grover (oder ähnliches) air horn dem normalen Pressluft tausendfach vorziehen.
Am Bekanntesten ist wahrscheinlich noch das Grover durch die Polen. Was noch ein Stück tiefer ist, ist das United Pacific air horn. Beide Hörner kannst du bei den Videos vom Rettmobil Abschlusskonvoi auf dem Blue Lights Berlin/ Whelen Demo Fahrzeug sehen/ hören. Auch ein ordentliches air horn, jedoch mit hohem Ton ist dieses von Buell: czcams.com/video/hebiWDNED1Y/video.html Aus den Staaten kenne ich einige fette air horns.
Diese Billighupen von Hörner wie bei dem Atego bei 1:39 oder vielen deutschen FF/ BF, bringen nicht wirklich was. Das normale Presslufthorn übertönt die oft sogar. So ein richtiges US Horn wie von Grover, United Pacific & co. haut da einen deutlich besseren und mächtigeren Klang und ist sogar noch lauter.
In Tschechien hatte ich schon ein paar Grover auf Feuerwehrfahrzeugen entdeckt. In der Parade hat ein Fahrzeug das sogar (leider etwas falsch verbaut): czcams.com/video/ghV86M8IN9o/video.html
Am Ende muss ich aber sagen, dass bereits der horn button der elektronischen Anlagen bereits Wunder bewirken kann, insbesondere wenn man es richtig einsetzt.
Edit: Ich muss ergänzen, dass das bei 7:53 doch etwas mehr wums hat. Ich hatte in CZ schon einige Hörner erlebt, welche lauter als gedacht waren.

It definitely is an absolutely stunning event! :) There was no crew and therefore no vehicle from Croatia but Croatians might have participated at a different year.
