Baked Artichoke & Cheese Dip

  • Who doesn't love warm gooey cheese! This artichoke and cheese dip is baked in the oven and comes out tasting like heaven.
    It comes together in just five minutes. It will prove to be very popular with your family and friends.
    Perfect dip to take some place for a party. Reheats in microwave on low to medium power.
    Artichoke & Cheese Baked Dip
    1 cup Mayonnaise
    1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
    2 (6.5 ounce) jars, marinated Artichoke Hearts, drained
    2 cups, shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 and a ½ teaspoons of Garlic Powder.
    1 teaspoon Paprika
    Method
    Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C)
    In a large bowl thoroughly mix the mayonnaise, Parmesan, artichoke hearts, mozzarella and garlic powder. Transfer the mixture to a baking dish that’s approximately 8X8 inches, smooth out surface.
    Bake for 30 minutes or until the surface is lightly browned and bubbling.
    Sprinkled with paprika and serve warm.
