I think it just shows how shallow Man City fans are, when pep talks so highly of klopp while also acknowledging klopps job was a lot harder than his, and talking about the passionate fanbase, he wishes he could feel that kind of passion from his fans... city fans can't say anything about klopp I'm pretty sure pep knows a lot more than they do
It's either a hamburger commercial that shows its pure quality, but in reality it tastes sluggish. Or it can mean that the burger all along in the commercial was actually delicious. Pep's taste on this defines the odds. We should believe what he says maybe.

I think the reason why they both regard each other as being the best in the world because they are both reflecting their own insecurities and context onto the other and seeing them thrive in those situations. What I mean by that is, Pep thinks Klopp is the best manager because of the fact he's done the impossible with very little money, and Pep explains here that he is humble enough to know that this is the case. Even though people think he is the best, he knows he is fortunate because he has been given what he wanted regarding money and coaching and staff, with nothing holding him back. Then Klopp thinks Pep is the best because he thinks Pep is basically doing all the things he himself is doing at LFC but doing it at City and being able to juggle it all. For example Klopp gets involved in many aspects of LFC, not just coaching and managing the team, whereas Pep just coaches and manages.
So on Pep side he's humble enough to realise that Klopp did the impossible with hardly any backing. And Klopp assumes Pep does the same amount of stuff and is able to manage it all on top of winning, whereas this just isn't the case.
I think Klopp’s insecurity is probably feeling Pep is a greater tactician and innovator, but this is an excellent and thoughtful comment.
