Whipping cream 200g
Corn starch 20g
Milk powder 30g
Desiccated coconut 150g
Dried cranberries 50g
■Chocolate dough
Hershey's Chocolate syrup 100g
Oligosaccharide 20g（Can also be replaced with liquid honey）
Salad oil 40g
Cake flour 128g
Cocoa powder 12g
Mold size:50g mooncake mold
（In the ingredient list, one Coconut Cranberry Stuffing requires two copies of Pastry of mooncake. Pastry of mooncake is easy to dry. It is recommended to make another one after using up.）

This was such a relaxing video to watch before I went to sleep last night. You are very skilled to be able to wrap the chocolate dough around the filling. I didn’t think you’d have enough dough to cover it but you so expertly and delicately did just that.
The molds for making these are so beautiful ….. I may have to purchase some and try this. Who wouldn’t love coconut & cranberry filling inside something chocolate. Definitely subscribed!

What a nice and relaxing video this is! It is so wonderful to watch and then feeling relaxed due to this great video. I started watching this video and then I saw the super fresh coconut rasp. When we buy this in Belgium, it is always dry. I think that fresh coconut is much better for this recipe! It looks very yummie too!

Now that’s a moon cake I’ve never had and boy have I had moon cakes for the New Moon Festival. Fillings included lotus paste, pandanus, black and yellow bean and even green pea ! Yours we’ll definitely try next time …..❤

The filling looks and sounds great, but I don't think we have anything like Hershey's chocolate syrup here, I've never seen anything in the shops at least. Nor anything like liquid honey although it is easy enough to liquefy ordinary honey so that isn't an issue. Is the Hershey's chocolate syrup the sort you pour over ice-cream and other deserts because if so I think I've seen that in some shops so I could probably substitute that if needed. I admit to longing to make them, just need to find a chocolate syrup equivalent.

I think the chocolate sauce you mentioned is fine, any brand of chocolate sauce is fine, you can try it.😊
