As someone who as listened to the course in miracles audiobook. Jesus said he is not the son of god the bible says he is. He also says you and me,just like him are a son of god.
Jesus said that he is not the Only Son of God. But he was the first Archangel. The correct spelling of God's male name is Jahuveh, not Jehovah who was a fallen angel! God is Male/Female, Mother God ieveh is ... The Holy Spirit. They name the one you know as Jesus or Immanuel by the name Jahuel in heaven. On earth, Immanuel is an aspect of Jahuel so although being the son of man he represents his heavenly self as the first son of God. We are all angels on earth coming to planets, re-incarnating time after time for our spiritual growth. God is like a mighty ocean and Everything is a part of God! But on the material plane we reunite with God the same way Jesus did and taught 2000 yrs ago. We have to become one, body and soul and when that happens we become Christ Consciousness and then we are again a part of that ocean and know all things.
@@fubokuen This person gets it. I liken it to that scene in The Mummy where they reflect light in a darkened tome between mirrors (individual minds are the mirrors). We are, collectively, the light which reflects and is the light of the world. You have to disavow a body to realize this but it seems to be the truth.

i just heard about this book,i have always believed in Jesus, but had so many issues with the catholic church, (born and raised strictly), i cant explain why i feel this way, and cant explain it to others...my sister said you cant have one without the other (jesus and the catholic church that is) i beg to disagree, i just cant explain how.. i cant wait to get started with this book, i really need some enlightenment in my life....
Marie, stay away from this book. They claim that Jesus Christ himself wrote it. Then they claim that Jesus Christ is not the only son of God who was sent here to die for mankind's sin. They completely discredit the work He did for us on the cross. Don't believe ACIM - It is from Satan himself. And, yes, You CAN have Jesus Christ as your Lord without the Catholic Church. There are lots of non-denominational churches out there. The way I see it all you need is a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ and a Holy Bible. That's it.
read it and decide for yourself, as far as the comment above, when Jesus was channeled on Channeling erik he said he never claimed to be the son of God but that God was his father just like he is all our fathers. He said he does not have that big an ego. I have expanded my mind a lot since the old days of just following people, read it and if you can go to a study group at a church then you can decide for yourself , then you know its your decision, don't aimlessly follow people which is what i did back in the day.
The Catholic church and all churches have distorted the original message and teachings of Jesus. That is why He came through via ACIM to correct the distortions. That is why the church doesn't resonate with you but Jesus does.
If you aren't satisfied with the Catholic Church, try some regular churches first before going into something like this. Or better yet, just pray and read the Bible for yourself and decide what YOU believe. The Holy Spirit will reveal to YOUR spirit the TRUTH. This is better than exploring the internet and going down the wrong "Rabbit Hole". This "channeling" could be demonic or a hoax.

William Keeler if you are the Christ Follower you claim, what part of 1 Peter 3:15 which speaks of being gentle and respectful in your replies and support of faith, have you failed to include in your own teachings. You seem to have taken it upon yourself to visit all of the ACIM videos and pronounce condemnation based on what? A skewed view and never having actually read any of the subject matter except maybe visiting some internet critics websites? Relax my friend and brother, there is no reason to bring your fear of God for if God is truly love as is written in 1 John 4:8 and not only is there no fear in love but perfect love casts out fear as is written 1 John 4:18, there is nothing to fear on this page or any other page of ACIM. For it is only our enemy who would ever have need to condemn another who would be your brother or sister, not Christ or God. And because you have a fear of God out of your own misunderstanding of Christian biblical teachings, does not mean anyone here has need of your fear, especially if God is truly love and would cast out that same fear in truth. Go in peace but leave your fear behind and find the truth that love will bring to your life.

I'm so happy for the passion you feel. Obviously you have had a life altering experience with the course. This is wonderful. I have read the thoughts of many over the years, and although all of the thoughts in the course can be found in the works of others, as well as in deep meditation, the course organizes these ideas in somewhat of a structured classroom environment quite well. I can only offer that if we dont agree with some of the course, we dont take that part as real. If we do believe in parts in the course, we see it as real. In the end, "we" are the final judge as to what we believe. As for me, the absolute only truth I know is that " I Am." Beyond mere existing, I dont know what is true. I cant tell you that I didnt make you up, and I'm guessing that you couldnt be 100 percent sure that your mind didnt make me up either. That being said, have you asked yourself about conditioned thinking? What in our lives have we been conditioned to think? That answer is directly related to the unique experiences only you have had. My experience tells me that the course is a great approach at the undoing of conditioned thinking. Yes jesus taught this, but so did so many other enlightened people throughout history. Part of enlightened means being able to look at everything from multiple vantage points and create from there. This is innate in all of us to do, and if we chose to only listen to our the voice of our higher self instead of the unenlightened childlike voice of the ego, we would recognize our own power. It's only when free will to create is held back. By the belief that we should live out someone elses passion but not our own, we stop listening to our inner voice as if it doesnt rank with who life we are helping to fulfill. This is just one example of how we come to think something or someone hold greatness beyond ours. This is an illusion and conditioned thinking. Yes go out onto the earth. Relate with many. This is how we find our "raison d'etre." Its simply cause and effect.

A nice presentation! Thank you very much. I took the CIM back in the early 90's when I was gifted the teachers addition by a friend. (however I took it alone and that is apparently the 1st "no no"). I have a couple of questions/thoughts I would like to hear comments on; 1) Guardian Angel, Oversoul, Higher Self, Holy Spirit, Inner Teacher, Spirit Guide..... Are these all different names for the same thing? 2) I tend to come from a Sethian perspective having read and studied the Jane Roberts books since the 1970's. Do you see a conflict between Seth and the CIM? Thanks again
Oversoul is synonymous with Christ/Soul of the World. Holy Spirit is The Goddess, the body and dance of THE ALL. You know She's with you if you are alive and are able to Love. Your High Self is a student of your Holy Guardian Angel, and plays Inner Teacher, but it's the Real You. Your HGA and your Dweller on the Threshold are on a level higher plane and you must realize that are part of the expanding Real You, to pass their Gate.. Spirit Guides are JUST THAT. and YOU may be one, one day!

You have asked the best question of all. Let him who hath ears, listen! The Holy Spirit is actually THE principle of communication. God is one word, man is one word, but Holy Spirit is two words, because He is the connecting tissue, if you will, between God and man. The way in which this Spirit communicates is mysterious to us, on this earth, but the Course speaks of Angels which surround you, and hover about, who He often calls the Messengers. I speak of the Messengers of light. One way to try and explain is as follows. I can tell you that you have an energy body. A subtle energy body. And when you are "in tune" (the way is narrow and straight) with God ("sin" means, literally 'missing the mark') ... by your Choice, you have placed your mind Above the Battleground, above duality, as ACIM says. What does this mean? It means you are now in a position to receive communication from Angels, who actually reside in a realm just above the level the physical eyes see. However, you sometimes will see Light and have flashes, "light episodes" as ACIM says -- which is the sign that you ARE in communication with Holy Spirit. This is the Light breaking through the veil. So this energy body -- spoken to above, in a very direct fashion -- is your angelic light body, which the Course is teaching you how to discover. Most people overlook this subtle teaching. So again, with your heart felt willingness (the feeling is the prayer) you are placed in communication with these Messengers, who are around you even as I speak. They speak silently. This is hard, if possible at all, to understand at the ego/gross body level .... but at That, where you realize you are an Angel, all is One shared Mind. There is simply inner knowing without reference to words. This is the secret teaching of ACIM. The ego does not like this idea of unity and 'speaking without words' because it believes there has to be tension in order for reality to exist. In truth, the Holy Spirit is simply the Great Dissolve. The tension just melts away -- and that is your holy function. It only seems to takes time to realize there is no time. If you cross over, in your consciousness, you are in Heaven. There are several times when Jesus says 'reach your hand up to me, and I will lift you" and "how far from the earth we are progressing!" It may help, in other words, to think of yourself as having an angelic energy body (the secret teaching I spoke of above) and when you are consciously in that State, the Holy Spirit speaks THROUGH you, silently. Yes!! As the Course says in the final lesson, "And if I need a word, You will give it to me, wholly certain of your peace. Amen." May Peace Be With You, Andy Web; All.
Wow, that's the deep stuff right there lol. Yes I see what you're saying. I've been interested in Astral projection for a while and what you're saying parallels it a lot. I've managed to go Astral a few times but I'm stuck on the real-time level so haven't progressed up the 'tree' of consciousness as it were to the higher levels yet. Do you watch any of Jordan B Peterson's lectures on the bible? When you say sin = missing the mark it's exactly what he said too. Perhaps that is common knowledge? Lol. Have a look at his videos, it's amazing how he'll casually blows your mind with the answer to a massive life-long question you've had and then swiftly move on to the next point lol.
The Holy Spirit communicates through dreams, intuition, gut feelings, thoughts that seem to pop into your mind, and synchronicities. Most people are so busy with life they are not tuned into these subtle messages. Everyone has the ability to "hear" in this way, however most people are so distracted by the external world, that they are not able to tune in. Or they are distracted by their thoughts worries and concerns, which is why the nind training of A Course in Miracles is so helpful.

My latest understanding of the law of attraction is that when we get an idea of something we want to manifest and we proceed to manifest it, it's only because we INTUITED that thing was going to come into our lives (because everything has already happened), but we thought we came up with the idea on our own.. interesting twist ;)
To teach is to demonstrate according to Jesus' A Course in Miracles. He simply asks us to take a moment and see how we feel. When we are listening to the innocence in our mind and the innocence speaks...we FEEL it. What do we feel? Innocent. Those around us will be called to their innocence as well...unless feeling unworthy of that experience. Then we go back to True Forgiveness...looking beyond the dark thoughts (ego/serpent) in the mind.

You or whoever wrote about Jesus and the original sin are confused. Separation from God in any way is a sin. Unbelief in the diety of Jesus is the parent of all sin.
There was no original sin period and Christ never taught that. The fall was not because of humans it was because of fallen angels that came here and took humans from 5d with 12 strand dna to 2 strand to 3d.
There was no sin and no punishment regarding Adam and Eve... I can understand you wish to see it that way but SIN means separation from God and that is exactly what happened. The punishment is just a consequence of sin (separation). So sin and punishment did take place.

The crucifixion of Jesus is only a symbolic story to show how ego works in his illusive's delusion. We can't respond to that scenario of crucification without our illusive interpretation. It is the same today if you do some unacceptable thing, you surely going to be suppress by others. Different perception makes different projection and vice versa.
Jesus teachings, minus superstition and unsupportable dogma, is ACIM. No need to be afraid of that which your heart feels 'true', and the attachment to superstitious fears and jargon is the wrong approach. IF you read ACIM, you WILL deal with false fears, but you will not feel negativity from the content. NO fearless heart can antagonize ACIM.
***** Truth does not rely on critical thinking- that is the ego. The Ego has to hold fast to its 'theology' and hold anything divergent as 'flawed'. The soul does not need 'theology', as that level of circular thinking dies with everything else.
Of course, I don't do much critical thinking, but weren't you just talking about 'flawed theology'? What is it that you have to say? Sure, there's no 'soul', but that just shows theology as worthless tripe and that's my point: we do not need it. I don't know why I'd read that book, after looking into it. One could find and read a book on just about anything.
There are many people that misunderstand and/or misrepresent The Course, as there are many more that misunderstand and misrepresent Christ's biblical teachings. There are many nuts out there pretending to have an inside line and to present it as truth makes it a lie. It is a mistake to say 'Christ wrote ACIM", just like it is foolish to say 'God wrote the Bible'. The Pauline representation of Christ's teachings leaves something to be desired(and the OT can safely be considered nearly worthless) and the full text of ACIM has many doubtable passages and maybe even as many contradictions as The Bible, but not as many full-on *groan* moments! Jesus said LOVE ONE ANOTHER 19 times and that's all the Course ever says. He warns against the teachings of corrupt and hypocritical religious leaders and says 'Beware the leaven of the Pharisees' 5 times. Love is very important and religious doctrines and dogma WEATCH OUT. That's what Jesus says, anyway. Others may have various ideas, but don't let them tell you that it's Christ's teachings, because it is NOT. I submit that some hate ACIM because it says: Perfect love casts out fear. If fear exists, then there is not perfect love. The ego lives by comparisons. The ego cannot survive without judgment. The ego seeks to divide and separate. Spirit seeks to unify and heal.
All the course ever says is "love one anther" ... And that is the problem. The Course misrepresents Jesus Christ message of salvation and the work He did on the cross. When you say "all the course ever says is to love one another", then ACIM becomes a works based practice. In reality, Jesus Christ already did all the work. It is finished. (John 19:30) The Bible teaches salvation can be achieved by grace only. No human works (or action) like "love one another" can replace God's grace. Without it salvation is impossible.
William Keeler William, that is ALSO Jesus message. Everything else is manmade. All the doctrines of various religions mean nothing universally. people ague endlessly and even kill over them, but it has nothing to do w/ what Jesus taught. When I was young, I had a 'red letter' KJV. I grew up thinking only the red letters were special and the black ones were no more holy than any other black print. Today, there can be truth anywhere, but I still feel similarly. I understand why anyone would be turned off by some of ACIM, or The Bible, Koran, or Tibetan Book of the Dead, for that matter. The Course says 'Be courageous, choose LOVE' and that's the best bet, right there. I believe everything is what it is. I can say 'YES' and I can say 'NO'. What doesn't work, causes division and strife, pain, heartache, etc is of no usefulness. Everything is TRUE. Let it be. It is what it is. If it is not a tool that you can USE to do Christ's work on Earth, it will go away. Discard what is useless.

And his trying to show others their oneness with god..and you continue to try and crucify those that have come to realize their oneness with god through ACIM....seperation theology will never show you your oneness with god..acim will.. :)
Jesus was never cruxified. He did not want to end that way and neider did God wanted that. Also the whole explanation does not make sence. There was this rather lost person called peter who believed to be jesus. Maria had sympathy for him and let him die. I have no proof for this. I read it and believe it to be true. Ken Etter Whether you realize it or not, when you told me you were speaking at a public church, Life Church in Legrange, KY on May 24th, you made that information public. By no means was I out of bounds by contacting a public organization and requesting more information. The only reason I contacted your church was for clarification on their teachings. Despite your resistance to admitting to it, the lies perpetuated in Helen Schucman's book are gross attempts to pervert the fundamental teachings of Christianity. This fact creates confusion about why you are speaking at a Christian church while at the same time endorsing anti-Christian material on social media. Any Bible believing, God fearing member of your church should be made fully aware of your deviations from the truth. As far as you threatening me with criminal charges, that's just more contradictions to Biblical teachings. 1 Corinthians 6 tells Believers , "If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lord's people?" Surely we can solve any issues between us as Believers.
+Jeffrey Nelson It sounds nutty for sure, and I'm secular, but there's some interesting stuff in it psychologically, along the lines of Gnosticism, zen, advaita, etc. Gotta separate the wisdom from the silliness. But it is nutty if you take it literally.

As someone who as listened to the course in miracles audiobook. Jesus said he is not the son of god the bible says he is. He also says you and me,just like him are a son of god.

Jesus said that he is not the Only Son of God. But he was the first Archangel. The correct spelling of God's male name is Jahuveh, not Jehovah who was a fallen angel! God is Male/Female, Mother God ieveh is ... The Holy Spirit. They name the one you know as Jesus or Immanuel by the name Jahuel in heaven. On earth, Immanuel is an aspect of Jahuel so although being the son of man he represents his heavenly self as the first son of God. We are all angels on earth coming to planets, re-incarnating time after time for our spiritual growth. God is like a mighty ocean and Everything is a part of God! But on the material plane we reunite with God the same way Jesus did and taught 2000 yrs ago. We have to become one, body and soul and when that happens we become Christ Consciousness and then we are again a part of that ocean and know all things.

Marie, stay away from this book. They claim that Jesus Christ himself wrote it. Then they claim that Jesus Christ is not the only son of God who was sent here to die for mankind's sin. They completely discredit the work He did for us on the cross. Don't believe ACIM - It is from Satan himself.
And, yes, You CAN have Jesus Christ as your Lord without the Catholic Church. There are lots of non-denominational churches out there. The way I see it all you need is a personal relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ and a Holy Bible. That's it.
read it and decide for yourself, as far as the comment above, when Jesus was channeled on Channeling erik he said he never claimed to be the son of God but that God was his father just like he is all our fathers. He said he does not have that big an ego. I have expanded my mind a lot since the old days of just following people, read it and if you can go to a study group at a church then you can decide for yourself , then you know its your decision, don't aimlessly follow people which is what i did back in the day.
There are fairly modern Christ Letters 1-9 in video on youtube! They are from Christ in his higher form.
The Catholic church and all churches have distorted the original message and teachings of Jesus. That is why He came through via ACIM to correct the distortions. That is why the church doesn't resonate with you but Jesus does.
If you aren't satisfied with the Catholic Church, try some regular churches first before going into something like this. Or better yet, just pray and read the Bible for yourself and decide what YOU believe. The Holy Spirit will reveal to YOUR spirit the TRUTH. This is better than exploring the internet and going down the wrong "Rabbit Hole". This "channeling" could be demonic or a hoax.

Relax my friend and brother, there is no reason to bring your fear of God for if God is truly love as is written in 1 John 4:8 and not only is there no fear in love but perfect love casts out fear as is written 1 John 4:18, there is nothing to fear on this page or any other page of ACIM. For it is only our enemy who would ever have need to condemn another who would be your brother or sister, not Christ or God. And because you have a fear of God out of your own misunderstanding of Christian biblical teachings, does not mean anyone here has need of your fear, especially if God is truly love and would cast out that same fear in truth.

I'm so happy for the passion you feel. Obviously you have had a life altering experience with the course. This is wonderful.
I have read the thoughts of many over the years, and although all of the thoughts in the course can be found in the works of others, as well as in deep meditation, the course organizes these ideas in somewhat of a structured classroom environment quite well. I can only offer that if we dont agree with some of the course, we dont take that part as real. If we do believe in parts in the course, we see it as real. In the end, "we" are the final judge as to what we believe.
As for me, the absolute only truth I know is that " I Am." Beyond mere existing, I dont know what is true. I cant tell you that I didnt make you up, and I'm guessing that you couldnt be 100 percent sure that your mind didnt make me up either.
That being said, have you asked yourself about conditioned thinking? What in our lives have we been conditioned to think? That answer is directly related to the unique experiences only you have had.
My experience tells me that the course is a great approach at the undoing of conditioned thinking. Yes jesus taught this, but so did so many other enlightened people throughout history. Part of enlightened means being able to look at everything from multiple vantage points and create from there. This is innate in all of us to do, and if we chose to only listen to our the voice of our higher self instead of the unenlightened childlike voice of the ego, we would recognize our own power. It's only when free will to create is held back. By the belief that we should live out someone elses passion but not our own, we stop listening to our inner voice as if it doesnt rank with who life we are helping to fulfill. This is just one example of how we come to think something or someone hold greatness beyond ours. This is an illusion and conditioned thinking.
Yes go out onto the earth. Relate with many. This is how we find our "raison d'etre." Its simply cause and effect.

I took the CIM back in the early 90's when I was gifted the teachers addition by a friend. (however I took it alone and that is apparently the 1st "no no"). I have a couple of questions/thoughts I would like to hear comments on;
1) Guardian Angel, Oversoul, Higher Self, Holy Spirit, Inner Teacher, Spirit Guide..... Are these all different names for the same thing?
2) I tend to come from a Sethian perspective having read and studied the Jane Roberts books since the 1970's. Do you see a conflict between Seth and the CIM?

Oversoul is synonymous with Christ/Soul of the World. Holy Spirit is The Goddess, the body and dance of THE ALL. You know She's with you if you are alive and are able to Love. Your High Self is a student of your Holy Guardian Angel, and plays Inner Teacher, but it's the Real You. Your HGA and your Dweller on the Threshold are on a level higher plane and you must realize that are part of the expanding Real You, to pass their Gate.. I'm a Christian, I have a question for other Christians. If the bible is the word of God.. doesn't the bible say that the Holy Spirit can communicate with us? Here's the Q. How does it communicate? And don't say, "through the bible" like an eegit.

You have asked the best question of all. Let him who hath ears, listen!
The Holy Spirit is actually THE principle of communication. God is one word, man is one word, but Holy Spirit is two words, because He is the connecting tissue, if you will, between God and man. The way in which this Spirit communicates is mysterious to us, on this earth, but the Course speaks of Angels which surround you, and hover about, who He often calls the Messengers. I speak of the Messengers of light. One way to try and explain is as follows. I can tell you that you have an energy body. A subtle energy body. And when you are "in tune" (the way is narrow and straight) with God ("sin" means, literally 'missing the mark') ... by your Choice, you have placed your mind Above the Battleground, above duality, as ACIM says. What does this mean? It means you are now in a position to receive communication from Angels, who actually reside in a realm just above the level the physical eyes see. However, you sometimes will see Light and have flashes, "light episodes" as ACIM says -- which is the sign that you ARE in communication with Holy Spirit. This is the Light breaking through the veil. So this energy body -- spoken to above, in a very direct fashion -- is your angelic light body, which the Course is teaching you how to discover. Most people overlook this subtle teaching. So again, with your heart felt willingness (the feeling is the prayer) you are placed in communication with these Messengers, who are around you even as I speak. They speak silently. This is hard, if possible at all, to understand at the ego/gross body level .... but at That, where you realize you are an Angel, all is One shared Mind. There is simply inner knowing without reference to words. This is the secret teaching of ACIM. The ego does not like this idea of unity and 'speaking without words' because it believes there has to be tension in order for reality to exist. In truth, the Holy Spirit is simply the Great Dissolve. The tension just melts away -- and that is your holy function. It only seems to takes time to realize there is no time. If you cross over, in your consciousness, you are in Heaven. There are several times when Jesus says 'reach your hand up to me, and I will lift you" and "how far from the earth we are progressing!" It may help, in other words, to think of yourself as having an angelic energy body (the secret teaching I spoke of above) and when you are consciously in that State, the Holy Spirit speaks THROUGH you, silently.
Yes!! As the Course says in the final lesson, "And if I need a word, You will give it to me, wholly certain of your peace. Amen."

I've managed to go Astral a few times but I'm stuck on the real-time level so haven't progressed up the 'tree' of consciousness as it were to the higher levels yet.
Do you watch any of Jordan B Peterson's lectures on the bible? When you say sin = missing the mark it's exactly what he said too. Perhaps that is common knowledge? Lol. Have a look at his videos, it's amazing how he'll casually blows your mind with the answer to a massive life-long question you've had and then swiftly move on to the next point lol.
The Holy Spirit communicates through dreams, intuition, gut feelings, thoughts that seem to pop into your mind, and synchronicities. Most people are so busy with life they are not tuned into these subtle messages. Everyone has the ability to "hear" in this way, however most people are so distracted by the external world, that they are not able to tune in. Or they are distracted by their thoughts worries and concerns, which is why the nind training of A Course in Miracles is so helpful.

My latest understanding of the law of attraction is that when we get an idea of something we want to manifest and we proceed to manifest it, it's only because we INTUITED that thing was going to come into our lives (because everything has already happened), but we thought we came up with the idea on our own.. interesting twist ;)

Those around us will be called to their innocence as well...unless feeling unworthy of that experience. Then we go back to True Forgiveness...looking beyond the dark thoughts (ego/serpent) in the mind.

Jesus teachings, minus superstition and unsupportable dogma, is ACIM. No need to be afraid of that which your heart feels 'true', and the attachment to superstitious fears and jargon is the wrong approach. IF you read ACIM, you WILL deal with false fears, but you will not feel negativity from the content. NO fearless heart can antagonize ACIM.

One could find and read a book on just about anything.

There are many people that misunderstand and/or misrepresent The Course, as there are many more that misunderstand and misrepresent Christ's biblical teachings. There are many nuts out there pretending to have an inside line and to present it as truth makes it a lie. It is a mistake to say 'Christ wrote ACIM", just like it is foolish to say 'God wrote the Bible'. The Pauline representation of Christ's teachings leaves something to be desired(and the OT can safely be considered nearly worthless) and the full text of ACIM has many doubtable passages and maybe even as many contradictions as The Bible, but not as many full-on *groan* moments!
Jesus said LOVE ONE ANOTHER 19 times and that's all the Course ever says.
He warns against the teachings of corrupt and hypocritical religious leaders and says 'Beware the leaven of the Pharisees' 5 times. Love is very important and religious doctrines and dogma WEATCH OUT. That's what Jesus says, anyway. Others may have various ideas, but don't let them tell you that it's Christ's teachings, because it is NOT.
I submit that some hate ACIM because it says: Perfect love casts out fear. If fear exists, then there is not perfect love. The ego lives by comparisons. The ego cannot survive without judgment. The ego seeks to divide and separate. Spirit seeks to unify and heal.
All the course ever says is "love one anther" ... And that is the problem. The Course misrepresents Jesus Christ message of salvation and the work He did on the cross. When you say "all the course ever says is to love one another", then ACIM becomes a works based practice. In reality, Jesus Christ already did all the work. It is finished. (John 19:30)
The Bible teaches salvation can be achieved by grace only. No human works (or action) like "love one another" can replace God's grace. Without it salvation is impossible.
William Keeler William, that is ALSO Jesus message. Everything else is manmade. All the doctrines of various religions mean nothing universally. people ague endlessly and even kill over them, but it has nothing to do w/ what Jesus taught.
When I was young, I had a 'red letter' KJV. I grew up thinking only the red letters were special and the black ones were no more holy than any other black print. Today, there can be truth anywhere, but I still feel similarly.
I understand why anyone would be turned off by some of ACIM, or The Bible, Koran, or Tibetan Book of the Dead, for that matter. The Course says 'Be courageous, choose LOVE' and that's the best bet, right there. I believe everything is what it is. I can say 'YES' and I can say 'NO'. What doesn't work, causes division and strife, pain, heartache, etc is of no usefulness. Everything is TRUE. Let it be. It is what it is. If it is not a tool that you can USE to do Christ's work on Earth, it will go away. Discard what is useless.

Keeler...jesus was crucified because of his knowing of his oneness with god. And his trying to show others their oneness with god..and you continue to try and crucify those that have come to realize their oneness with god through ACIM....seperation theology will never show you your oneness with god..acim will.. :)

The only reason I contacted your church was for clarification on their teachings. Despite your resistance to admitting to it, the lies perpetuated in Helen Schucman's book are gross attempts to pervert the fundamental teachings of Christianity. This fact creates confusion about why you are speaking at a Christian church while at the same time endorsing anti-Christian material on social media. Any Bible believing, God fearing member of your church should be made fully aware of your deviations from the truth.
As far as you threatening me with criminal charges, that's just more contradictions to Biblical teachings. 1 Corinthians 6 tells Believers , "If any of you has a dispute with another, do you dare to take it before the ungodly for judgment instead of before the Lord's people?" Surely we can solve any issues between us as Believers.
