This lesson covers just about everything, I think :)
It is perfect in itself, and perfect in the sense of being complete. I like listening to the previous lesson with it, to reinforce this one, and there are a few of these online. What's great about this one that Abundant Flow does, is, that it is just the meditation ... we can just be with the ideas.

Those who hold grievances must suffer guilt
Those who forgive find peace
Those who hold grievances will forget who they are
Those who forgive will remember
If you can have small success of being without grievances you will lack no motivation ever again.
That there is no one you do not hold grievances against has left you all alone in the universe in the perception of yourself.
I would see you as my friend, that I may remember you a part of me and come to know myself

People who require forgiveness try to portray being forgiven as a break to forgivers. Nice
That seems to convient for evil doers by choice.
Does holding a grievance against an evildoer have an effect on the evildoer? Do you have peace holding onto it?
