- I welcomed Mogwai back to SNAP with an overview of the stuff he'd missed while he was gone - including a bunch of cards that saw balance changes, so I got double value - he reacted to the card as is, then to the card as it was released!
Note: He can see my screen, which is how she sees the cards, but not my face - I'm not giving anything away by reacting early.

Wonder if he'll actually stick around. He was "totally gonna start doing TFT content guys" and bounced after like a week. All I've heard and aeen about him is he just goes game to game constantly.

Idea for a potential new series stemming from this video. You could call it “Make the case” and basically have different people on who have a niche pet deck or pet card that they swear by despite most people thinking it’s mid or even bad and they just present the case for why that card is better than people might think. I know Specimen just did a video on a Kang deck where he said Kang is the best card in the game in 1 in 6 games lol

Shoutout to Mogwai's Golgari Zombies deck! I swapped out a card here or there and it was my all-time favorite "fuck the meta idc" petdeck during my MTGA days.

I feel like no one ever gets Martyr truly correct. I’m going to preface this with saying, yes, Martyr is a terrible card in the current meta. That said, the problem with the card isn’t that its effect is going to lose you the game. You could play for well over an hour and never see her effect once. The problem is that the archetype you need to play to mitigate her downside, Zoo, is dogshit. There hasn’t been a good zoo deck since the Beta. If Zoo becomes playable at any point in the future, Martyr is immediately good, since she’s arguably the best 1 drop in the Archetype.
The trouble with martyr is even if she was 99 power, all she does is reinforce the location you are already winning the most, so all that power doesn’t actually do anything.
potential name of series: Pro has a go (at ranking marvel snap cards based on prior knowledge of other card games, often playing other games such as Hearthstone, Legends of Runeterra, Magic the Gathering and perhaps a little bit of Marvel Snap but early in the game meaning they have a limited knowledge of synergy and other cards)

I agree that bringing loki back to 3 could be safe. You're rarely gonna play him on 3, zabu brings him down to 3 anyway. So there should be no harm in trying out the change

Loki winter was too cold, loved losing to this thing for 3 months, just to farm up tokens for him and then he gets nerfed 4 days after I buy him.

Free cycling that gives information is broken, at least in MTG. Gitaxian Probe is banned in every format and restricted in vintage because it is free. I don't play Snap, but I am certain that if Kang cycled that he would be broken.

Kang has stolen a ton of cubes in my Electro - Galactus deck , but yeah thankfully he sucks in 99% of decks
Honestly, it's kind of sad to see Mogwai coming back to Marvel Snap despite all his issues with Snap's monetization (absolutely understandable, btw). Heopefully he'll manage to find a new best card game after Runeterra, because otherwise I can see him burning out on Snap again in a few weeks.

3:20 I play angel at top level. He’s still worse than 2099 but like not by much ( actually by a lot but he has won me games).
Angel in thanos can be really strong with destory to gain priority early in the game, deck thin and also discount death early. Like espically when you clunk earl Or you over fill your hand Angel can clutch.

Honestly, martyr could have 99 power and still not be good because it will always just move to whatever location you are already winning and therefore not actually contribute its power to anything.
I figure if it has negative power at least donating it with viper or annihilus could win you the game.@@mistriousfrog

This and the MTG queen video made me feel you were the guest and not in the best way. Felt like you invited people but had your own thing in mind and wanted more of you to ooze out out but you just get overwhelmed by them. No hate, just really felt off for me

Getting to infinite is still an absolute joke. I get infinite with about 5 hours of playing whatever fun deck i want. I dont bother even caring about the meta until Infinite Conquest unlocks 😂
