This is uncanny. I was about to post the same comment to everyone haha! I love ECP view (if not for the busy highway). Used to live infront of ECP, it's gorgeous. Now living infront of greens. Really cannot compare or rate one over the other. They are different in their own way and yet both are calming in different ways.
I stayed nearby for a period of time. Amenity wise is basic. There is a small NTUC FairPrice, hawker centre and wet market nearby. And that's right, it is a hilly upslope when walking from Telok Blangah MRT Station back to Telok Blangah Heights. But there is a direct bus to Vivocity and HarbourFront though.
I lived in Telok Blangah towers when it finished in 2012. Its a beautiful area, very peaceful and quiet. But they are building so many units, so the food courts and train stations get very crowded (they have an amazing food court food there!!). I like the white color buildings, and the parque flooring inside. I lived opposite the temple. I had a great view, and enjoyed the trees. I also loved cycling along the walkway, because not many people were there. The only thing is the dampness. It is very very damp, so you need a de-humidifier. My dehumidifier removed a 2 liters of water per day!! Not good for asthmatic people who have respiratory issues. Other than that, it is the most perfect place in the world to live in. It was my slice of heaven!
Hi! Thanks for your question. Yes the $110K includes both the furnitures and appliances. There's also concealed carpentry and premium materials used here. Moreover, due to the higher ceiling here compared to standard HDBs, costs also went up. Laminates have a standard height so the higher ceiling here and those of condos would definitely be more expensive. Hope this clarifies!
Generally when there's more supply in the area, buyers would have greater choices, so chances are, it would be more disadvantageous to BTOs in places like Telok Blangah. That said, the PLH model is new, and therein lies the restrictions that could reduce the buyer pool so it's really hard to say what the effect would be since we've not experienced this before!

Either..as long as it is protected. However…i’m not so sure about the northshore seaview in terms of cleanliness of air
greenery

@@StackedHomes Are all the other videos reno costs (inclusive) of furnishings?
How will the upcoming BTO development in Keppel Bay affect the psf of neighbouring existing Telok Blangah estates?

Wonder if the sea view will be gone
Where do they get the smart glass from?
Hello! You can contact the contractor who did it for them - instagram.com/idecoconcept/
Thanks!

Nice estate. Just a suggestion to the owner: could add something (eg greens to bring the outside in) to the dining area walls.
Noti Gang!!! First
😂😂😂
Looks kind of soulless, without personality. Clean without doubt and definitely looks comfy, just wish it would look less like an expensive AirBnB
